Glad you found it interesting.. check the other two videos and there will be a few more videos on Jung and will explore other thinkers and other concepts too
@@TrueSageJourney I just noticed that auto correct "fixed" my spelling of "Jung 🤔, but I can see you have put a lot of work into the video. Keep it up, once video starts appearing in people's "recommend listening" (as this did for me), you will, slowly at first, start to build up a following. Thanks again for your hard work 🙂
This is an unusually well done summary of Jung, and Ive read and heard a lot about him. Great job. I'm subscribing, absolutely. If there were a button I would've gladly contributed a few bucks especially for a presentation this excellent.
Really glad you liked it. The background song is called by Maestro Tlakaelel by Jesse Gallagher. It`s part of the TH-cam Creator Studio`s audio library.
From my understanding, the self encompasses our true, whole identity, integrating both our internal experiences and external interactions, while the persona is just a mask we wear for social situations. Focusing on the self leads to deeper personal growth and authenticity
Complex: Yes. Muddled: No Jung’s corpus of work is extensive, interconnected, deeply theosophical, and ontologically anthropological in my opinion… but his views are definitely well explained an unmuddled
Your comment is so unspecific and unhelpful that I really don’t understand why it was necessary at all. If you’re not going to explain what you mean, then at best it just seems like you’re saying that you can’t understand Jung’s work, and at worst that you think you’re superior to “Jungians” somehow.
There’s no instructions or it wouldn’t be “self-discovery.” As Carl Jung says, he who looks within awakens, he who looks outside dreams. Sounds like you just want the easy way, not the right way.
To be your true self, you must stop doing or thinking things that are in resistance to who you are. Simple explanation, but complex to truly understand.
I’m here for the dream interpretation video of Carl Jung
Thanks 😊
For whatever reason, I read the thumbnail as: "How to become more autistic", and all I could think was: "I don't really need help with that."
Great vid, great channel, just subbed.
Thank you and glad you enjoyed it!! 🫶
Interesting video - I don't know much about Jungle, but I look forward to more layman's videos, thank you.

Amazing video. Where did you get the background music / what is the name

Being authentic and 5 bucks will get you a large coffee at McDonalds.
So why is the Self better if the Persona is the social aspect of the Psyche
From my understanding, the self encompasses our true, whole identity, integrating both our internal experiences and external interactions, while the persona is just a mask we wear for social situations. Focusing on the self leads to deeper personal growth and authenticity
@@TrueSageJourney so this is the self before society. The Persona is best for others, whereas the Self only benefits one's person.
The internet has ruined me. I glanced at the thumbnail and thought it said "how to become more autistic"
Someone else said the same the other day haha

There is no true self: author Jed mckenna
Thanks for the tip.. I will try to explore that soon too and make a video
I have found Jungians to be consistently muddled thinkers, starting with Jung himself.
A constant journey with no end, just fighting sinking sand of the now.

man I can smell a GPT written text from 5 miles away. At least delete the introductions 😉 "In a world where..." puke
What else can you smell? 👃.. have fun 🫶

All theory and no instruction on how to Discover your True Self. Thumbs down.
Watch the video again
There aren’t “instructions” or it wouldn’t be “self” discovery.
