Diagnosing and Solving Low Power Current Draws - iPhone 7 Data Recovery

- Sometimes iPhones die for seemingly no reason in odd ways. This specific current draw is a sort of a place between dead and alive, because the CPU power and data lines turn on, however the phones start up boot process is stopped. This low power mode is frustrating for many iPhone motherboard technicians because they are unsure what to do when they see it. It is best to become very familiar with what can cause different types of current draws from the DC power supply to help narrow down the potential causes of "no power," as a dead phone can be caused by dozens, if not hundreds of different lines. In this video I find the problem fairly quickly, so not all potential different problems/solutions were showcased.

I call the “low power mode” as brain dead
Brain dead is actually a great description, maybe I will start using that.
- That's Really Amazing 👌
Great explanations and step by step troubleshooting. Iphone 7's difinently very common for loose coils, usually around CPU. Nice Video
Thanks for watching and your support brother!

What is the tweezer model or can i get a link pls i like it
Very informative❤️❤️❤️
You are awesome 😊 Thank you !!
So beautiful 💕💕
Great video! I hate these low current draw scenarios! I always find them super tough, so this video helped out a lot
I'm really glad to hear that, thanks!
Great video
Thanks for the visit
Hy Aaron, thank you for your useful information. Sorry for my English🙂 i have a weird problem with a iphone 13 and i want to ask for your opinion. On DC power supply the phone tries to boot but the current draw is fluctuating and no apple logo. The amp draw is going to aprox 200 mili Amp for 2-3 sec when pressing the power button and than falls to less than 10 mili Amp, and after releasing the button the same scenario, goes to aprox 200 and than falls to almost 0, than goes again up and down - it doesn`t show apple logo and it doesn`t shut off completely. Thank you. Greetings from Romania 🙂
I would try to put it into recovery mode and try an update to see how it fails. Best guess is an interposer problem, but I never really know until I just start checking things.
@@iBoardRepair thank for your sugestions. The phone won't go to recovery mode. I've changed nand, board swap, everything but same problem, error 4014 on itunes. Probably the cpu is bad 🙄
Just think you four this video

What model tweezer are use?
I like the "2uul 3d" tweezers. But the ones they sell now are not as good as they used to be. I cannot find the original ones anymore and I only have a few good ones left. The new ones are still better then most other stuff, but not as good as they used to be.
@@iBoardRepair tq bro
