a boning channel right on the edge of front panel before eyelets might help with wrinkling there. anyway were nice to see you again and looking out for part 2 :)
I had an "I'm an idiot" moment when I was working on the final fabric for that exact reason!... Haha so you might see another boning channel added in part 2 😂🤫
love!!! the mockup looks so good and im so impressed with the bag dress :D its making me want to make something similar even though i know i would never wear a dress (but trousers are such a pain to make!)
Once again, I really enjoyed your video! I'm also here to say that your pronounciation of the "r" in Chemise à la reine warmed my heart. Have you studied French? If no, you should, you are a natural!
Thank you!! I studied French for a hot second several years ago and I'm sad to say that I remember very little. I want to pick it up again, but I have a very short attention span when it comes to learning language.🤦♀️ I should listen to a podcast or something while sewing 😂😂
@@TuscanyPosey I only know of one French speaker costuber, but if you don't already know her, you might want to check Green Martha's channel. You could also rewatch a movie you know well with the French dubbing (honestly, it might be torture, but it might also allow to follow the storyline and pick up some new words on the way). Good luck!
This was really informative and also entertaining af
Fun project! Stays/structured vests and puffy shirts/voluminous dresses are totally my jam right now
That's exactly what my wardrobe is morphing into! ... well that, and sweatpants 🤣
Great job, more bones would help
When I saw you cut your fabric and your pattern piece at the same time 😲. That's the kind of positive thinking I need in my life. You've got my sub 🤣
🤣
Very nice!

I'm slowly working myself up to making a proper pair of trousers. But they seem quite daunting and I am not very patient 😂
