Could be warm all winter long for the east as well. We’ve been in this pattern since like may I think i think in the eastern USA. I’m in West Virginia we’re under a very very bad drought worst since the 1990s. Seems like after those rare tornadoes we had back in spring it’s been all warm hot and dry since then.
I do see a lot of rain falling in the Caribbean and I’m watching the tropics even so I am not talking about it on my TH-cam channel. There is an area to watch on the national Hurricane center that I’m watching as well.
