For years I have actually only used old cards to paint with, but I use synthetic paper. That's a lot of fun

I used to get scared too, then i made a big discovery! Most of the great masters, if not all, have overpainted their canvases. It's part of the process, so now i jump in, paint over what i don't like and try again.- it produces some wonderful textures and tones into the work. Wow. I hope this encourages you!

Oh my goodness all these little tips and tricks with sponges and crinled paper and Q tips and credit cards who knew who knew? my OCD head has been so meticulous at painting every little line and swish individually trying to achieve this look and wala! Work smarter not harder! great technique love it love it love it thank you so much for sharing I love Birch trees.... Like daisies they're kind of tricky.... Love all your tutorials... My dad loved to use water color to me he was a good artist he painted a lot and showed me some basics when I was a really little girl and I did art all through high school and just recently picked up in my 50s.... I'm enjoying how naturally and easy it comes and you even make it easier🥰⚘❣warmest wishes🌻
