    The ladies in the PINK… got it right. Saying YOU ARE HAPPY WITHOUT KIDS shouldn’t be offensive. It’s a privilege to be child free and to be able to pour into more of the world. My friends have kids and they don’t have the luxury of spreading love and help the way that I do. I get to be a blessing for others and it’s a huge gift for others.

    That woman in red is wrong...do not assume that people will change their minds. They know themselves better than you. They have said many times they can have children, they just dont want to. Let people live the lives they want!

    I think one can live a full happy life without getting married or having children, it just depends on the person.

      Of course people can. We wouldn’t have the brain we do if humans were supposed to all lead the exact same lives as each other.

    Shame on the woman saying "i want to hear from Seth's wife" and "mother nature is going to be cruel to you in a year." This is the exact judgement childfree people CONSTANTLY face. Shame on that woman.

    No not just in the industry it’s just in general having kids is a big commitment. It’s way better not having kids if you want time.

    If you need kids to give your life meaning…you might wanna pick a different reason. If there are ppl who regret nit having kids it is better to live with that decision as opposed to the opposite.

    51 year old woman, happily married for over 25 years and no children by choice. I think it’s a lot more depressing and regretful to have had children and you find your self sitting in an old person’s home and not having them visit you then knowing that you’re only going to have friends visiting if you are so lucky. 😂

      I saw that a lot when I worked weekends at a nursing home. Not many visitors came through those front doors.

    Had my Tubal Ligation at 21.
    Best day of my life!!!!
    The happiest person I know is my childfree aunt.
    Childfree women seem to be more happy in General.
    People who can't have children can Adoption. It isn't that expensive when you don't buy a Baby from abroad.

    It's true that kids take a lot of you and your time. But they also make you grow and be less selfish. If you're an actor you are missing on experiencing these life experiences that are relatable to your audience. Also, the depth of the love and feelings a child brings is irreplaceable.

    • @mahsa065
      @mahsa065 ปีที่แล้ว +32

      I've seen plenty of parents who are selfish. They want to take resources away from others and give them to their children. Self growth comes from many avenues, not just kids.

    • @coolbreeze5683
      @coolbreeze5683 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      @@mahsa065 I agree, I've seen selfish parents and I've also seen child free people who take their time to care for friend's kids, nieces, nephews, parents, elderly neighbors, etc. therefore exponentially helping more people. If someone is selfish or lacking empathy, they will be that way regardless of whether they have kids or not. Having kids might bring out instincts that make a parent care for their own but that doesn't necessarily translate into caring more for society.

    • @wheatstonebridge
      @wheatstonebridge ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Nope. Kids do not automatically make you less selfish.

    • @darkstar-mq3mb

      I have seen many parents think the world revolves around them and their kids. Having kids does not make you less selfish...

      Its the childfree that often have more time, money, and resources to help out others while I constantly see parents begging for money on social media.

    It's very obvious there's MORE THAN ENOUGH snotty little kids in this world, maybe we should try feeding the children that go to bed every night hungry!😢

    • @RC093
      @RC093 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      How is it "selfish"? If someone has no desire to be a parent why would you want them to have kids? My wife and I don't have children by choice too and we have been happy for over 20 years and would never change our lives for anything. Not everyone is meant to be a parent. It shouldn't be that difficult to understand.

    • @HikaruYamamoto
      @HikaruYamamoto ปีที่แล้ว

      Forcing humans to exist just because you wanted them to is selfish. They don't ask to be here, they don't need to be here. We have enough humans and we don't even care for the ones already here.

    • @whitneyanders5945
      @whitneyanders5945 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      😂how is it selfish not bringing new life into the world ? How is having children not selfish when you only had them for yourself.

      @whitneyanders5945 Exactly. Every reason to have children begins with "I want."
