personally, i would probably just need the kitchen plus that sliding door for seperating the kitchen.
my main worry is the new beamless design in the tengah project i selected, will it add complexity to any works needed?
i havent opt in for the Centralised cooling system from SP because of recent articles showing the trunking coming from top of door and going straight into the living room.
waterfront project layout for 2 room is enter kitchen , then short "corridor" into living room
