    Ohhh yesssss, LOVE this video! "Creation over consumption" is something that has really driven my life for the last few months and it is one of the greatest little phrases and mindset shifts that I have ever incorporated into my life. Thank you for sharing :)

    Needed these simple reminders, definitely looking more into the stoicism mindset. And cutting down on scrolling time makes such a difference. Btw, can we get outfit details on the outfit at 4:45, haha? So good!!

    Great video! The Four Agreements is a great read. I haven’t read The Daily Stoic. Will have to add this book to my must read list!

    i really feel that modern society is 'consumed' with CONSUMPTION! whether it be food, clothes, technology...gluttony to the max. i really think many people would be happier and healthier if there was less of everything. i also think people were probably a lot more happier and healthier in general when there was less. keeping it simple is my motto. don't over-analyse every little thing..sometimes not knowing the whys, who's and hows isn't such a bad thing and at the end of the day, you are a tiny speck in the scheme of things.

    I do follow others online, you, and other ones. You and another few. I don't duplicate you and or they. Although I do digest the information published. And I continues my recuperating, vegetarianism, and exercises. And fame. And all other times. Thank-you.
