- End of the 2022 Season the Napanee Raiders played against the Amherstview Jets for the TOD Division Title. While they did loose the game I attended to test out the Panasonic Lumix GH6 in Greater Napanee they did manage to eventually win the TOD division Trophy: www.napaneerai...
Shot mainly with the Panasonic Lumix GH6 + Leica 100-400mm lens, I did apply "Snowy Winter" from Lila's Lut Pack to even out the colour grade and add a bit of artistic merit to help smooth out the colour variations between various angles and camera settings as I'm currently testing out the new camera. I also grabbed some photos but found it a bit more difficult with the fast action to do as I'm not normally a sports photographer.

Slow-motion seems to be where this camera really shines, still working on perfecting the settings for the best image out of it but for a first go this is impressive footage.

Thanks Andrew! The camera does capture a lot of fine details (if you can nail focus) quite well it’s quite surprising. I find 4K 120fps does it a bit better than 1080p 240fps/300fps but I’m still not sure if that’s due to enhance resolution or whatever “magic” they are imploring to get the higher frame rates at the lower resolution (as the camera can handle 1.6Gbps at ProRes at 5.7K so plenty of bandwidth capabilities left at the highspeed modes which run around 1/2 that data rate).
