I guess I just really like the way the door looks when it's open... so it adds to aesthetic of the rook. We have other features in our home that are similar so it rounds out the look. Thanks so much for watching!

@Brian’s Badass Reviews This style is trimmable. I have the same door. At what point can you trim if you need 80” high. Do you trim equal top and bottom, just top or bottom, and do you trim before or after putting the K pieces? Thank you!

Glad the video was helpful! I'd say all in all about 3 hours total. I split it over a couple of days. The door goes together super quick. The rail is a little tricky to hang. It was a pretty easy install though and we love the look it gave to our room. Thanks so much for watching!
