The rhythm tone is basically:
-engl tube amp
-high-gain speakers
-high output ceramic bridge humbucking pickup (emg81, dimarzio x2n, etc)
-finger tone like Muhammed
Lead tone is basically the same stuff, but they used an Ibanez jem with a dimarzio paf pro neck humbucker
