This video is probably the most awaiting video on TH-cam in 2023. This video is about blind tasting of five of the largest Champagne houses, including Veuve Cliquot, Moët & Chandon, G.H. Mumm, Taittanger, and Piper-Heidsieck. Each wine was tasted blind by five wine judges: Anna Cabera from Las Tapas de Lola and La Gordita Restaurants in Dublin, Mark Donohoe head of wine at Classic Drinks Ireland, Morgan VanderKamer president of Irish Guild of Sommelier, Anke Carmen Hartmann best sommelier of Ireland 2022 and Luca Marzio owne of Rosa Madre Restaurant Dublin.
Each judge had 25 minutes to taste each Champagne blind and score the wine according to Robert Parker's 100-point wine rating scale.

I agree totally- I don't get why Veuve Cliquot is always praised as more sophisticated and superior to Moet...I ALWAYS prefer Moet
Thank you very much for watching and your comment. Veuve Clicquot is not as good as Moët, however have a great history and massive impact on Champagne production.

@rafaelrossioli9434 in my opinion, Taittanger or Moet are the best from this line-up
This was staged. Moet Chandon would have been placed at the bottom on my list. Of those 5, I would have placed Veuve Cliquot or Tattiger at the top. They all have a unique house style, so it's easy to tell them apart. All of those sommeliers knew exactly what they were tasting, and were likely sponsored for their rankings. No I would invalidate this project. Consider it null.
When was the last time that you tasted Moet? Your comment is ridiculous and degrading. I spent nearly 3 days of preparation and recording of this unique blind tasting project !!!
