Mosquito Lagoon - Kayak Fishing - Sheepshead & Snapper

Kayak fishing Mosquito lagoon - dropping jigs with shrimp for sheepshead and Snappers. Switched over to Vudu Shrimp when I ran out of live bait.
Kayak is a 12 foot Perception Pescador 12 Pilot - Pedal drive

Hi Dustin,
Could you show some details about how you set up you kayak before you get out on the water, and also what to look for on your depth finder assuming you fish the drop off of a dredged channel?
