Today we're working on a 2015 2nd gen Suzuki Hayabusa! This bike came in with what we can only guess is a knock-off ebay exhaust slip-on. While this works in some cases, a true, full exhaust from a reputable brand can and will make a huge difference. Especially from brands like Brock's Exhaust who is known for their exhaust systems for the Hayabusa and ZX14 platforms. For this Busa, we're swapping the cheap exhaust for the Brock's Penta-Carbon exhaust which looks amazing, new chain and sprocket kit along with a Sprint air filter. On top of the motorcycle performance parts, we're also going through the bike and getting all of the maintenance updated as well to ensure this bike produces the power it should. In the end this second gen busa produced great power with the changes we made. The owner is wanting to take it a bit further so we'll be seeing this one on the dyno again soon.

Did you put block off plates in or just block the pipe in the air box🤔 you boys do good work there

We do not block off air flow like using the Ole marble trick or anything similar. We usually install full on block off plates depending on the bike.
Some bikes, we are able to shut down the system entirely without having to install plates at all, while others, we have to physically block them off and then turn off fi light thru the ecu flash.

Only 10ish hp on a zx14r, just sayin 😂

Usually on 14r's between exhaust filter and a tune, we pick up around 12-15whp. Pretty substantial considering yhere are no factory restrictions built into the ecu 👍
