I have one older than that it's a E45 only one valve that sat out in that woods for 27 years I have been using it for the last 9 years works great for up and down only. So today I brought a E47 plow and clyenders so will have angle ababitlity
Yeah, I know I said "4 Valves instead of 3". I should have said 4 valves instead of 2. I said three because I have been working with E-58H units all winter.
I have an e47 that is leaking down. As soon as I let go of the controller it leaks down. I redid the seals on it and that’s when it started leaking down. I replaced the a valve and it leaks down slower now. The plow worked fine before I redid the seals, it just leaked everywhere. Any ideas what it could be?
Awesome video. Always wanted to see a cutaway of an e47 to know how it works. Is there a way to adjust the psi and make it lift/angle faster? Also i cant stand how long it takes for it to drop. Makes it really difficult to back drag heavier snow as it wont slam down into it.
I just installed a old e47 on my Truck, it angels left and right but when I hit the up leaver it does not go up it angals left ??? Any clue wtf is going on ???? Plz help!
Watch this video: th-cam.com/video/pt9p1YiR2vE/w-d-xo.html When I show the spool inside the Valve moving, you need to take a small pocket flat head screwdriver and press in on the spool. It should pop free. You can try smacking the flat part of the hex on a vice or anvil a few times too if it won't let go. Sometimes it helps, and sometimes you just have to buy new. I recommend you buy new, because it will stick again. But you can buy some time if you can free it up.
I followed your "C" valve checklist and it appears to function properly...but the plow will not angle to the driver's side. What else can I do to trouble shoot? The remanufactured pump I bought on e-bay by another builder will not contact me back. I am stuck with this pump in the middle of winter in Montana. Please help. Thank you. Frank
