Don't hide behind global slowdown. Two major global crises have hit the world the the 21st century. During the subprime mortgage crisis, the Indian leadership wisely steered our economy such that we were least affected. During the COVID crisis, India was the worst affected country in the world. Even worse than civil war sticken countries with no governance. Basically the government made it worse by it's nefarious actions such as communalizing the pandemic and promoting fake medicines.

How to change the mindset of our north indians, North indians keep preparing for govt jobs so long, and in the end if someone fails to get govt job, it's worst situation for anyone. Plus it's not beneficial for indian economy. I'm my self from Rajasthan, I feel frustrated when I see very big number of intelligent youth are struggling in coaching classes for jobs like patwari, clerk, constable etc. Even engineering degree holders are doing jobs like patwari and clerk. I feel sad when I see states like gujrat, Maharastra, Kerala, tamilnadu, telangana etc where youth is skilled and doing high paying jobs.
Because lack of employment in north india. Most of industries are in southern and western States
