- Now, I probably wont make it to the outside, but atleast we got the inside cleaned up nicely! And the engine running strong. We also changed the oil, filter, and flushed the coolant off camera.
Does anyone here make digital art? Looking for someone to help us with some thumbnails in the future!
I know I’ve said this already, but my least favorite Mitsubishi is the eclipse because they’re nothing but problems, Believe me I was there when this happened but, my cousin had one and the radiator blew up in his dad’s face when they were trying to replace it.
What would I need to do to get the job?

A couple o years ago I scored an 87 Dodge Raider (made by Mitsubishi) for free! took about 3 days to get it running as there's a million miles of EGR stuff. I have it up here in Arkansas now (from Fl) its my going to town vic! Still runs good! She's locked into 4x4 (auto hubs that I never bothered to change out) banging around on my property earning her keep. Leaks oil out of the front seal and has a mysterious water leak that's NOT going into the oil or showing up as a drip. I put seem decent MTRs on it and changed the clutch Master/Slave thats about it.
I brought a mini van, Dodge Grand caravan 1993 , it was filthy dirty just like this truck,
I rented a carpet machine with an uphost end and used tide laundry soap.
I had used a soft scrub brush with a 5 gallon bucket and rubbing the seats and carpet soaking with the brush.
It took some time but got it cleaned up really good
I’ve been waiting for this since the second I saw the inside of the truck lol

That thing has come up amazing, a real diamond in the rough. The interior is shockingly good even for 127k, a little bit of sun fading on the hard plastics but otherwise it could almost be 1990 again lol. Looking forward to seeing how that 'wheel comes out too, that should be satisfying.

Nice, surely a gem because you don’t see these trucks around anymore and the ones that are still around are beat to hell. I’d say this one is a keeper! Reminds me of your old S10 you had that was red and was a regular cab 4WD.
Ahh I do miss that truck. She was going to need some serious work in the near future though. But it was still a good truck

That is an amazing difference it really cleaned up nice. I agree with another commenter you increased the value. A guy I work with had an old junky beater of a ranger we always made fun of it. I told him I know how to double the trucks value, he said how, I said put a tank of gas in it ! He had a good sense of humor. Hey if you clean it to much the name may change to mighty maxxx !!!😂 nice video

Yup mits made the body’s and dodge just threw their badge on it.

Surprised you didn't take out the seat and pressure wash it. Then you could have re-dyed the carpet grey.

Seeing this makes me miss my base-model 1987 Nissan D21 even more... Wish I could find another, but up here in NH ALL Nissans prior to the mid 2000s are EXTINCT due to rust!

Always makes me laugh when someone (through neglect) basically takes a dump in their vehicle, and then buys an air freshener to hang on the mirror.
Steamy hot shit under the seat.... This yankee candle car freshener will take care of that.

I pull the seat out and clean the carpet with a 2800 psi pressure washer and some carpet cleaning soap. i usually find a shitload of change under the seat too , i use a mean green exytaction machine for seats , does a good job. i would buy this truck , not many left in that good of condition

I'll never understand how some people can be so dirty. I think if you empty the vacuum you might have enough gravel to redo the driveway. 😄 Looks a lot better!

One of the other channels actually went so far as to take the seats out and pull the carpet and power wash it on a flip car. Had to, couldn't clean up the sides of the seats and they needed it. Rug had a bad stain too, soda or something. Dang what a lot of work though. Too much for me.
Sometimes all you need is a cleaner and a sponge.
Yea, I wasn’t about to do all that extra nonsense for this thing haha. Sponge got the job done
Much better. Re: the Explosion... Wonder if the PATS chip in the key is beginning to flake out. Our Exploder has been randomly doing that for years. About 95% of the time, it's fine, but, every once in a while, the Security light flashes even with the key on run and it won't fire up.

Maybe some decent cheap speakers and an Amazon car stereo with BT. That’s almost a goin to town rig.
Throw you a blue tooth speaker on the dash and call it a day. Im all about keeping certain things original, And it survived 31 without a factory radio. Why cut up a piece of history now? lol
