Hi, I just subscribed. Would like to know how do you clean your compact when you first bought it? They look so shiny, clean and neat. They’re all beautiful esp the heart ysl. 💕
I have seen a few on eBay that were located in the UK, but it's something you have to search for everyday. The YSL heart compacts are from the 1980s or 1990s, they also made a matching heart lipstick, which is very difficult to find.
Most of these compacts are not made by an actual cosmetic brand. They would just put their favorite powder in these compacts. I'm sure if the compact was by a brand, then they would refill it with the same brand (like Revlon or Coty....)

Hi! I really do not clean my compacts when I receive them. If anything, I'll just use a paper towel with some water. 😊
