Hi mate, greetings from Spain. 100% De la Fuente PLAYED WITH FAST WINGERS since the beginning with the young players. He was able to use a 4-3-3 Or a 4-2-3-1. In my opinion his style is a Tiki-Taka 2.0 because he still wants the possesion at any price. The classic tiki taka style needed a "doble pivote", a couple of deffensive midfielders as Xabi Alonso and Busquets to concentrate a vastly number of midfielders in the centre but without pure and vertical wingers and a false nine(4-5-1) De la fuente has sacrified this "doble pivote" in order to add two fast wingers(4-3-3). I am not an expert, ok? But more or less that's the big change!!!
