When I was out canvassing I always made sure my leaflets were pushed right through the letter box, even if they got screwed up. I made sure any people with me did the same.
How is it that politicians who i may add have been instrumental in the drive toward the reliance on camera surveillance do not realise that they are not exempt from their push for this technology. Are they stupid? Dont answer that.😂
To not be disciplined in some form, sets a very bad example. I haven't heard of a public apology or a statement from Tom. Should at least visit the resident and apologize privately.

I understand that its not new news, but I feel that reminding local residents of this unchecked behaviour or the fact Tom hasn't apologised to the resident concerned is important.

It’s not a one off, the same thing happens countrywide by his cronies, including poster removal. Nice to see one caught in act.
We all knew they were dodgy but when they do it in front of a camera 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Probably removing a rival candidates leaflets.
still theft
Obviously!
I understand it might have been a Green leaflet. Just how many has he removed?
@@shed52 Ah, right, thanks.
An non honest councillor, at least some things are still a certainty in this fecked up world
Why would anyone give that thief a job?
Absolutely agree with you. Since the incident, Tom has made no attempt to apologize ven to the local resident whose mail he took.

Good point, if leaflets are left out it can also be a single no one is home. Pushing the leaflets right through is really good practice.
Vote him out
There's a surprise, a bent labour Councillor, must be best friends with slippery Starmer.
He scored a leaflet on erectile dysfunction. Him and Starmer will share it next Friday night.
Give him the 'sack'.

Next step election rigging,
We will be watching him!
If you title it "trump steals mail" it will go viral.
Or Tom Hayes 'Trumped' by doorbell.
Very tempting idea, or what do Hayes and Trump have in common? Both were caught stealing p-residents post.
He's probably doing people a favour by removing tory flyers 😂

I hear from the Green party it was a Green Leaflet, question is this is one leaflet, how many did he actually remove.
He is doing good work removing tory leaflets from peoples letter boxes, as the tory leaflets are filled with nothing but lies.

Never trust a politician 😂
Is he Labour by any chance??
Yes, at the time of the recording he was campaigning in East Bournemouth as an MP, he is back in Oxford as a City Councillor.
usual suspect
I can't understand why the whip hasn't been taken away from him. No apology, no remorse. He really should step down.
