Rather than pressing the 3d printed piece into the petrobond, press the sand around the the printed piece - you'll find you get a much cleaner casting that way. A vase-shaped crucible is also easier to pour from rather than the flat thing you had. Otherwise, excellent first attempt - I look forward to seeing what else you can do 🙂
Very nice work, and a very cute kitten! Also, wise of you to be careful with the fire. Small nerdy nitpick in regard to the title of the video: Forging and casting are rather different things with different skills involved, and what you did was a good example of casting, not forging.
I'm obsessed! Love it so much!
This turned out really nice! Great job!
Thank you! 🖤
Also Spider is literal perfection 🖤
I knowww 😭
Okay that was awesome! Great job on your quest!!!
Why thank you!! 🖤
That was so cool!!! So scary! You are too brave. I would have run out of that garage so fast I would have just looked like a streek of color!
Glad I found your channel. This is amazing!
Thank you!
OMG! You just impressed Dylan. That's how impressive this is. Amazing. (And you both look gorgeous)
Oh wow! Thank you! ♥️
That was amazing well done getting past the fear and challenges not sure I'd have been so brave. Amazing result xx
Thank you! The serotonin at conquering the quest made it all worth it 😂🖤

Haha if that's not indicative of my inexperience, I don't know what is! Thank you for the correction!
Probably best to watch a lot of metal melting vids before trying it for yourself. It may save some nasty incidents like that one :)
Lol yeah. I have a tendency to be impulsive.
