As you can see from earlier footage here- th-cam.com/video/ET4YqVYMwKM/w-d-xo.html there was only one small building on fire so why did the fire service NOT stop it? Cutbacks? There was plenty of access in the car park to reach the smaller fire but all I can see are hoses being directed at a small area. As a result of this lack of douse, the main buildings caught fire which then endangered the resident buildings opposite. There should be an inquiry into this!
I also wondered this, I know the site very well, where the fire began isn't connected to the main building. I haven't seen any pictures showing any efforts to put out the first relatively small fire
And as if by magic, a new housing estate appeared.

I could see the smoke billows 10 miles away.
