Almost 30 acres. Any one wants privacy....this is a property to look at. :) Kitchen cabinetry...not my tastes...prefer dark wood or mahogany...No home theatre room, no walk-in wine cellar, no home gym...but all 3 could be added on the 27+ acres. :) Could build a little town. :)

wow, what a bizarre reaction to my comment. I'm not jealous of the people who own this at all... only pointing out that it is arrogant to use a massive amount of water resources which are scarce on this part of the island to begin with. perhaps you are unaware of that fact? do you not understand that the west side of Maui is very dry? it is unethical for one private citizen to use so much water just to keep his grass green. have a look at the policies that were put in place during California's drought. people were banned from watering their lawns because the water needed to be conserved for more important uses. my comment was from an environmental / conservation point of view, not from jealousy about what these people have. If the same house were built on the north shore of Maui where there is substantial rain I would have no issue with it.

I didnt get off a boat. we have been in Canada for many generations. my girlfriend and I own 3 properties currently and intend on adding to that. retiring in Hawaii is a very real possibility for us. you need to get off the steroids, it's destroying your brain.

I agree... in general the inside of the house has some odd combinations of colors and materials at times verging on tacky.
