Bullshit. Her intro for Gunther and Imperium is absolutely perfect for example. And she requests not to be told the finish for matches ahead of time so it comes off as more genuine. Which is why she was emotional announcing Cody as the winner at WrestleMania.

@@itsdoomedjack9774 Jim Cornette is one of the best managers of all time, one of the best promos of all time, and has worked with more companies than almost anyone else alive. Even I know he quit the vast majority of them. Left world-class wrestling for Jim Crockett promotions. Went to world-class because they had a Talent trading deal with Bill Watts. Left WCW to start Smoky Mountain wrestling because he hated it there. Left Memphis wrestling because of a trade to Mid-South. Jim Cornette basically saved Ring of Honor by getting them the deal with Sinclair. OVW made more money than early Ring of Honor, and many of these companies would have been more profitable if they had listened to him better.
@@itsdoomedjack9774 My facts trump your opinion. Wrestling has been on a steady decline for over a decade and right now isn't even comparable to the 80s,90s, or even the 2000s. When ECW ended it it had a ridiculous amount of debt, unlike Smoky Mountain Wrestling. OVW was basically the only profitable wrestling company during the 2000s besides the WWE.

Brian Last actually said that she did a great job at Wrestlemania, specifically pointing out that her announcing Cody as the winner while being in tears added a lot to the moment.
Jim then had to acknowledge her improvements.
Jim's never been a huge fan of women ring announcers to begin with, so for him to say that she's trying is high praise, lol. Brian Last has said that he likes her. They like her a lot more than Justin Roberts, that's for sure.
She grew up watching the mid-90s version of Cornette. She probably hasn’t even seen him when he was at his very best with the Midnight Express back in the 80s.

I was just listening to Cornett today and he is really really enjoying what she’s been doing, especially in conjunction with the new AK cameras for the title matches. She was so good at wrestlemania. Jim just said on his podcast a few years ago that he doesn’t hate Shawn and never hated him like he hates Russo. And said that at the hall of fame a few years ago someone was hugging him, and he turned around it was Shawn Michaels. Jim was also pretty nice about Shawn on his review of the Shawn Michaels documentary a few years ago, and literally puts him over in the ring whenever the conversation comes up
