Yeah, I had the Borla Type-S and took it off the car. I felt it was great until the 2500 rpm range (kinda drone sounding to me.) I have been watching videos like this and put the mufflers back on lol!
I have a feeling you think that because you've never heard your car from the outside most likely. I had never heard mine from outside until I started recording audio with a mic on the bumper and I also didnt know it sounded like that. I was quite surprised in a good way when I played back the audio for the first time. Theres no intake noise being recorded, only exhaust.

I get you! Theres that spot in the mid range where the sound isnt bad but its not really good like coming off the line or higher up.

Are you driving in manual mode when you filmed this?
@@Brandon-jy2yl yeah, whenever I’m in the turns trying to have fun it’s always manual mode. The rpm is always where I want it that way.
