  • Here is how to make Bangus Sardines in Tomato Sauce. Bangus Sardines is made of carrots, sweet pickles, chili peppers, peppercorns and garlic in olive oil. With this easy recipe, I added tomato sauce and it turned out so delicious! The bangus turned out so soft and full of flavor, and even the fish bones turned out edible from using a pressure cooker. now i know why the fish bones in the middle is not soft. we always set it to low heat for 50 minutes. i'll try this one next time. with the head included.
