I feel like it would be fun if Ho-Oh can summon the rainbow effect when it switches in so that Sacred Fire always burns (the effect after you use water and fire Pledge for those who don’t know)
You got me with the no speed control, I used to have Tailwind on Ho-Oh itself, but felt that Recover was more consistent. I also used to have Grimm with T-wave in place of Sableye, but felt that I wanted to fish for burns more often. At least you still speed-creep all the other base 90s! (this probably does not matter) Like I said when I sent it, absolutely a work in progress. I started with the bulkiest possible team comp to just completely shut Miraidon and Caly-S out, and will begin working backwards to figure out the right balance of offense and defense. Thank you so much for trying it out!
I do think that’s better generally, not being able to meaningfully touch miraidon va being able to functionally stall it with your massive native SpDef + it needing to go for Draco to do any damage is really nice.
This team doesn't have overwhelming damage output so it is vulnerable to set-up. Whirlwind is a countermeasure. You can also Protect Ho-Oh and side-target Whirlwind to get it out of a bind in front of things like Kyogre.
Moxie, I love your videos, but I strongly urge you to go back to the old team preview format you had designed during regulation F. Generic purple and black showdown overview is not doing it for me.

I was about to say this is broken but calyrex already just exists so yaknow what give ho-oh the friggin rainbow

Ya maybe a once per battle thing/a move, I'd be for that

Everyone's so excited for the Ho-oh, but I'm personally overjoyed about my scrunkly gremlin Sableye getting a moment out on the field.
hooh should definitely learn the move revival blessing and also apply the rainbow effect too i saw some one saying that
Let's go-oh for these Ho-oh teams
I've been running an offensive Ho-oh and it's legit good. I run tera ground with tera blast to completely nuke Miraidon.
Moxie wolfey collab when?
LETS GO !! Put respect on HO OH !!
unrelated but the reflect and recover line was raw as hell. talk your shit king
Moxie boosted would never never faint
Man, just another boring day…Guess I’ll just chill out and see what we ha-
*sees sableye*
MY SOOOOOOOOOON I LOVE HIM LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO
More collabs! That'd be cool
16 Tons whaddya get
I hope Rillaboom and Incineroar don't make it into Gen 10.
Nah they are necessary lol
Big day for Ho-oh fans everywhere
I ran into almost this exact team earlier today on Showdown, only difference was that the Ho-oh was Tera Ground with Earthquake instead of Recover

Reminds me of that one time i tried to make a Falinks Ho-Oh team...
How did the falinks do?
It looks to me like an Incineroar team.
Great video! I wanna know what Whirlwind does on Ting-Lu tho? Seems like an interesting move to have
Forces out an opponent before they can use Trick Room. Also counters set-up

Hey, I know that guy who made that team.
