HI! I wanted to ask you a few questions... does the aerobic training shown here consist of 10x100m in approximately 20" / passive recovery 20"? Is it used to "oxygenate" the legs? Do you do it once a week? How many weeks of loading do you do before unloading? What temperature was it out there? Do you also dedicate time to stretching during the weight loss week? Sorry for the many questions, I'm passionate about knowing how a sprinter like you trains! Good luck in your career!
Thanks! Yes, I do it once a week in fall. I do 2 weeks before unloading if that mean recovery week😅 Temperature was only 13 degrees coz I live in Finland and I do only this workout outside and rest of running workouts in sport center. I strech before my running workouts but in recovery week I have one massage and less workouts.
