You have 4 years of NCAA eligibility as well as an optional redshirt year. This redshirt year can either be used in case of injury, or strategically for training without competition.
Wow! You can always tell when we Americans make videos as they have shit intrusive distracting music! We really suck at it! Did an adult review this video before release?

Same here started vaulting in 7th now in 8th. Whats your pr?
I’m in 7th I got my school record and I’m number one in my state I got 9,025 ft
I come back to watch this progression every few weeks. Garrett is a beast and a super nice guy, wishing him a fruitful retirement from vaulting
Your dad was a blast to jump against and party with! Congrats on your achievements.
I’ve saved this video for the past few years, and I come back to it every now and then. I wish I had done pole vault in high school.
Damn man
I love that he was on my zebra poles all the way to 14-10 and then on Mel's poles to 16-1!!!
StarkeyStables what pole did you use for the 14”10 jump. Height and Flex?
Such a powerful swing.
Great video production. Fantastic journey as a pole vaulter and young man. Congratulations!
I wish I still had my VCR Tapes of my pole vaulting days in high school. 1979-1982 then 1983-84 college. They are long ago lost.
Fantastic video Garrett!
lol having a dad seems cool
Very good video edit. Your progression is excellent. Keep it up.
Haha that 18 4.5 was awesome
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing and congrats on a great career
Thanks so much!
Oh yay I might be able to do this. Freshman going 11”3, track season doesn’t start for 6 months
Well, it's been 6 months
Indeed it has, this is my first year vaulting as a sophomore
Dad same
Gotta say that’s pretty cool
Amazing!!
you had the most growth your 10th grade year
Redshirt in college? What’s going on? Those heights are well above D1 average.

God loves y’all
The title says 18’5

Song?
scar tissue- Red Hot Chili Peppers
I feel like in terrible now 😂 I'm in 9th grade going 10'
That's a perfectly reasonable goal for a freshman, don't worry
Same lol I feel like I should be getting like 11’6 now
Not DUblantis

There’s a reason you’re the only one who liked your comment
Mondo’s better
True that
Jaden Ramirez you can’t compete with the u-20 record of 6.05 meters
Which is also the 4th greatest pole vault ever
Jaden Ramirez still good for a freshman in college
Hell yeah hes got the potential to be the next goat no doubt
