That is an Australian ARB side step. ARB's PROTECTION STEPS looks like it is integrated with the SUMMIT SIDE RAILS that continue from the front bumper, but you can order just the side step "PROTECTION STEPS".
As far as I know xat has good self clean capability across Whole tread surface area even in mud. Ko2 interlock design is bad at self cleaning how ever the shoulder area are open for light mud. Ko3 has better water channels but also rely on shoulder tread for mud.

おもしろかったです。ただ・・・。ただ・・・・。最後のあたりのテストは空気圧による違いもよくわかるものでしたが、ランクルの性能テスト動画のような感じで、タイヤよりもランクルのクロールコントロールすごいな、ってのが主な感想になりました(笑)
