As a new chef ( previously kp) I enjoy watching the videos especially when it comes to chopping I’m slowly but surely getting better and more confident with my knife skills as I watch the vids keep it up :)
So in the UK they eat pork and beans and mushrooms for breakfast,nothing wrong with that as trained chef my self I'm always fascinated with what other cultures eat... I'm from the south here in the states and pork and beans more associated with bbq..it always looks like your portion sizes are pretty big but great video man...was checking out food channels came across yours man good stuff.

Just trying to avoid salmonella cross contamination comments from the USA, they are not familiar with British lion eggs, hens here are vaccinated against salmonella,so the eggs are very safe to handle and eat. I rather get comments why I use so many gloves 👌😅👍

I notice you wash your hands in that chemical and dry your hands after handling raw eggs How come you don't have an assistant to do this egg cracking and beating for you ? It would seem like you can save some time and much paper towels ?
