Doing well mate, I have several 1/350 aircraft carriers all in boxes still, along with all types of support ships, including the USS Mars AFS-1 from ship wright, have you thought about working with resin kits? I have several varieties from different countries including tug boats and sail ships all 1/350 and they all have very good details along with photo etched, keep up the great work
+Scotsman 5 I'd like to build a support ship but $350 is too much for me to spend on a kit to be honest. Maybe one day though. Sounds like you have got quite an impressive stash their!! Thanks for the feedback
Looking good thus far! Just watched your vid on the 1/700 Nimitz, nice work. Based on your attention to detail, I am willing to bet that you have excellent reference material. The only thing I have to advise (based on the use of wash over the entire hangar bulkhead) is that the hangar bay bulkheads are white with the exception of the lower 10 feet. From the red door on the port side, move your eye forward until you see a ladder well in front of red lockers. This ladder leads to the "gerbil gym". Forward, 1 frame from there, WC 64F where I worked while on Nimitz. One more frame forward, where I slept. I can see that you want your ship to be as accurate as possible, so feel free to ask me anything about her, well, at least places I've been, exterior, rib boat bay, hangar, flight deck, and vulture's row on the island. I will do my best to field any question you might have about these areas.
Erin, that is incredibly kind of you, I think I might need to take you up on that. I'm struggling to find references of the stern of the ship, if you have any images of that, then that would be tremendous! And also as I am now intrigued, what is vulture's row out of interest?!

One day I'd love to yes, but they are horrifically expensive here in the UK
