I personally think that any intelligent race has their own concepts of the supernatural and stories of monsters. I think that's just a universal fact, like how there's a theory that there once existed a unified group of humans from a lost time in Earth's history, by which that theory days that's how (for example) 2 groups from across the world that have never heard it met eachothers have the concept of dragons for example. (Go watch film theory Godzilla vs Kong, he explains that better then I could)
Is anyone else annoyed by the fact the arm Megatron had was normal sized? The size of the star sabre and forge of Solus Prime implies that the primes were huge yet liege maximos arm is the same size as Megatrons...
@@Tom-oz7wk Megatron heavily augmented his body, infact it is mentioned in the novels that he was surgically modified to go from a cybertronian tank form to a cybertronian jet form. He is essentially a mechanical frankenstein whose original body as the miner D-16 has long been lost over time, and if Optimus wields the Forge and Star Saber with appropriately sized arms just fine, Megatron's slightly taller body and larger hands (as shown on the scale charts and in the show, notably when Optimus tells Megatron "That option is still very much in play" in One Shall Rise 2 and it's shown Optimus only reaches Megatron's eye level roughly) then it is not out of the realm of possibility that he wasn't "normal sized" and it is not an error.
@@nerdomatic2489 but even all the heavy hitters like prime, magnus and megatron are shown to struggle lifting the hammer. It would be fair to assume solus didn't struggle to lift the hammer though otherwise I doubt she could've created the apex armour with a single hammer strike like she did (this is pure speculation but I believe she would've needed full control over the forge to be the master builder she was). I would reference the primes shown in rid15 in the realm of the primes being much larger than optimus but megatronus was the same size as him in the show (but he was also somehow capable of transformation so clearly rid15 took some creative license and ignored continuity)
@@Tom-oz7wk Optimus hasn't been shown to struggle with using the Forge. Magnus is not a prime and while he is still capable of wielding the Forge he is incapable of using it and some form of mystical prime status must corelate to the strength possessed in using it, and Megatron had not much difficulty holding it either despite being unable to use it before getting Liege Maximo's arm, despite Megatron having named himself after a former prime (Megatronus) - and RID15 has massive continuity issues and is generally, though anecdotally, not solid evidence as it is just proof of the Aligned continuity's chaotic jump from time to time.
@@nerdomatic2489 I would've said primes movements were clunky when trying to move the forge in the episode where he upgrades the ground bridge into the space bridge. And I dunno if the prime status makes the forge easier to lift, it just activates the hammers powers. And since magnus had the same body type as optimus prior to primes upgrade, they should've been equally strong and any strength boost prime has is likely granted by the matrix (the g1 continuity makes it confusing as to whether or not the matrix grants its holder any physical augmentations in the various continuities)
We all laugh when Cybertronians in any show or comic are scared by human horror stories. But considering all the messed up stuff in a Transformers Universe, from Undead, Aetherial Creatures living in the void of space, Sparkeaters, Scraplets, Cosmic Rust and way way worse, a horror story might not be as much of a fiction for them as it is to us.

@@thelordofthelostbraincells no I understand what you mean, universal anthropology. Thats actually a good point. Every species will have a phase of primitive understanding, ergo they will most likely explain things they cant explain by simplifying them with terms like Magic, gods, demons etc.

I don’t think Unicron “creates life” but rather corrupts life and upgrades and augments powerful bots to be his avatars of destruction, like how he upgraded Megatron at the end of TFP.
I figure he could I figure he accidentally created does beginnings of all life on Earth in the aligned continuity and I believe he knows this that he keeps accidentally creating life and it pisses him off because it's hilarious

9:38 The word 'dragon' was unknown on the Cybertron. When the autobots first met Predaking, Miko called him a dragon, after which she had to explain to them what a dragon was. So when Unicron spoke to the resurrected Predacons about dragon fire, it was either a creator's error, or we can assume that since Unicron was Earth, he somehow got to know the concept.
Making archaic vocabulary for an alien species that isn’t supposed to know human concepts I imagine is difficult to sound believable but yeah I can imagine Unicron sort of knowing other stuff about humans through maybe a subconscious dream during his slumber

I am still very much interested with the fact Dark Energon can infect mechanical things, giving them life. It's a cool concept, and they showed it once (twice if we count Nemesis)
@@arjyadebsengupta8159 I think the dark energy that awakened nemesis, was more so a form of possession. Cuz even though it sounded like trypticon, trip to come would have done whatever Megatron told him to. That an the Nemesis was a lot more intelligent than trypticon
@@-Wayla- I have a headcanon that Trypticon was conscious and fine the whole time, but the Dark Energon gave him the strength to defy Megatron, if only for a little while. I know it's dumb, but it kinda makes sense.
Outside of our more modern understanding of the word, i.e. fallen angels, 'demon' and all the words we translate to it, mainly refer to 'evil spirits'. So Predaking calling Unicron a 'demon' fits because his understanding is 'that there is an evil supernatural force' controlling Megatron's body. So if they understand the concept of 'spirits' they logically would understand the concept of 'evil spirits'. Also the example you give with Thunderwing, basically covers the 'Unicron-Spawn' term Beast Wars Megatron used to insult Tarantulas.
Thank you for this video, I absolutely love to dig in Cybertron culture. For a long time I had a headcanon, that cybertronians are deeply weird or even gross out by human way of "refueling". Like: - So, the meat you're eating is... came from a dead animal...? - A cow, yes. It's a steak. - ...Holy shit. Because, well, y'now, they don't have to kill someone to eat in normal situations, not taking in picture cannibalistic individuals and the whole war thing. I would of loved it if transformers prime or rescue bots showed cybertonian wildlife in the shows. It would of been awesome if ravege was in both of them.
I wish we had a series on Knockout seeing human horror movies and then proceeding to get jumpy after watching them. Maybe he could have gotten Starscream to watch one with him.
Im a little sad spark eaters didn't make it in. After seeing the spark eater that was on board the lost light , i haven't been able to rest without a sub-sonic repeater and a energon blade next to me since then.

Well in G1 transformation is a fully voluntary, learned ability. So you have to learn how to move everything into the right place so leaving your head out can't be that difficult.
I always assumed Dark Energon in the games was just a performance enhancement drug that was synthetic in nature, while the Dark Energon in TFP was Unicron's actual blood. Leading to the two to behave in different manners though still being similar in some cases (Bad for your system mainly)
From zombies, vampires, dragons and demons, Transformers Prime had a lot of creatures very interesting, oh and other thing about their cybertronian phrases is when Optimus became Orion Megatron told him about the Autobots call them Decepticons to demonize them, i think because they are evil and Megatron used Unicron´s blood
This is a good summary Although I think the franchise of Transformers should go more Sci-fi (Fiction that try not to contradict too hard with real world Science), rather than introducing these mythical concept like Marvel (yes Marval isn't even trying to be Sci-fi, because they straight up, have Thor and Loki)
In the MCU they're aliens. So still sci fi there, the most un sci-fi thing in the MCU are probably the Infinity Stones, and in the comics it's a whole other beast
well like- you can find a legitimate, scientific answer (if we give some lee-way as science fiction does as per the Rule of Cool) for almost all of the literal things to happen. Otherwise, it's just mythos. The Transformers may believe in it, but that doesn't mean it's real. They're pretty fallible creatures. The only big problem is Primus and Unicron, being literal gods to pop out of.. Nowhere? But that could be fixed with the evil space monkey creating Unicron and.. idk, maybe making Primus too? Or we could go back to how it was in g1, where the Transformers were created by the Quintessons + Cybertron was their big factory or whatnot. (Sparks could be a suuuper fancy-schmancy thing the Quintessons invented via sci-fi reasons- and of course, they need a mechanized way of making these; boom, All-Spark. Maybe the reason for sparks was originally for control or like.. the transformers worked better when they had sparks?? idk you can think of something. (OH! idea; ok, so you know how Sparks seem to have a pre-made bodyplan? (See how Cold-Construction affects people eg TAAO Starscream, and just general 2005 IDW lore.) Maybe they wanted unique robots.. for, er.. Ok. That made more sense before I typed it. There's certainly some possible reason, though.) This could ALSO explain other colonies completely unknowing of Cybertron- Like maybe they were cybertronians stationed away from Cybertron- exploration, metals mining, stuff stuff. And when the revolution came, the Quintessons let all those go because they decided they were done with the whole transformers thing. Car robots were a bust, moving on. (Ofc, they retcon the decision later on bcs then the transformers do as they do and they start fighting *eachother,* and now it would be pretty easy to take their pretty toys back. I like the idea that having a very strong military is important to Cybertron, because showing weakness means that the Quintessons could come and take the place over again. And as for Primus and Unicron in this Quintesson build; Unicron, again made by evil space monkey. He wouldn't be like, as important, but er... um. Ok now I'm in a rut again. I like having the idea of an evil space-god, but, it's difficult to figure out how to fit him in the mythological niche I want while still not having the Creation Story be any form of literal. Hm. (Oh, and what about the Guiding Hand and Thirteen- fuck-) Okokokok I suppose Primus and Unicron and even the Thirteen/Guiding Hand could be tales created by Transformers tired of their jobs under the Quintessons, and after the latter was booted, I could see them blossoming into legends, and then accidentally taking over the general population's beliefs. It's kind of on iffy ground, but it's possible? I'm sure there's better explainations, but it's a little too late. I might come back to this later. OH- I was about to post but one last thought!! So about taking over the General Populous' beliefs- What if it was a government ploy and whatnot? We all love functionism. So, what if the story of Primus and Unicron were taken and warped into a pro-functionist creation myth? Thirteen or Guiding Hand as fits your fancy added in as a "they were sent by Primus to tell us how to live!". I really loved what i've heard from the Marvel comics too, so maybe we could lean into that a little. Thanks for letting me think out this super long reply! I love thinking up possible stuff like this, so it's been really fun. (Don't feel obligated to reply.)

@@cheriibeanuwu2129 Thank you for the reply, this is kind of the "more sci-fi" I was refering to, it's ok that there are myth, (after all, no one the the real world know how universe was made and no one can disprove the existence of God) but I it would be better if the story writer would try not to conflict with real world science and think about the mythic/magic stuff more thoroughly like you just did. Another good example is how ratchet in TFP use the magnetic field change of aligning planet to explain the prophecy about Unicron awakening.
It occurred to me that since Unicron in the series is earth that the terms dragon and demon among others may have been somehow been imprinted on earth species by the dormant Unicron. Don't know how... Just a thought though.

Something dawned on me when I was rewatching Transformers Prime Darkness rising. When Megatron threw that massive chunk of Dark Energon into the space bridge and it landed on Cybertron and he rose all the dead on the planet. Why didn’t any of the Predacons on the planet get resurrected? I know that it’s because the creators didn’t add the Predacons til later, but lore wise they are still on the planet. And any dead cybertronian can be revived by Dark Energon. So why didn’t they get revived?
My assumption was always that in that scene, Megatron never rose ALL the dead from the planet. Never thought that massive chunk of Dark Energon is massive enough to resurrect the entire planet of dead, just big large group of them.
Unicron did create 4 “demons” to try and level the playing field with primus and that’s why he was defeated after creating the first 4 of 13 the primes found a weakened unicron and battled him before casting him and his anti-creations into space
Amazing video, as always, very fun and interesting. I remembered the saying as "Eaten by a giant space worm", I dunno why. Did they never say space worm? I also believe that while bots and Cybertronic wildlife generally do not eat metal but just Energon, that they could potentially still eat metal and gain energy from it, considering Scraplets are able to feed on metal alone, even if metal itself doesn't give much energy. Since Living Metal contains Energon, as explained in Rescue Bots Academy being why Scraplets prefer Living Metal, that means if there were bots left stranded on Cybertron after the Energon disappears all over Cybertron, they would be forced to cannibalize on other bots, maybe even eat their metal too to get as much energy out of the corpse as possible. It is very cool to imagine a lone bot just wandering the planet, seeking out other lone bots or even groups, take them out and then feast on their delicious corpses. >:D And make their prey/enemies tremble in fear of this bot-turned-cannibal! Mwahahahaha! Which is exactly what I'm working on in one of my fics. >:) Would probably be helpful if there existed metallic plants growing metal fruits around on Cybertron, like golden apple trees and such. Might have small Sparks like mechanimals and not be entirely sentient, not really sure how they would come to exist realistically, actually. Metal fruits containing precious metals would probably be good against rust/oxidation and helpful against fighting diseases though these are uncommon among bots. I also like to imagine that a gold bar would be like a chocolate bar to Cybertronians. There's even a chocolate brand called Gold Bar (Guldbar). XD
Rid2015 has two cybertronian races that eat metal to gain power/size. i like to think that all of them can eat metal, but most just use it as fuel for their self repair nanites.
@@krazyfan1489 Me too, I think eating metal will improve their auto-healing of wounds. It makes sense, right? Having extra metal stored in some metal converting organ, and when you get wounded, you heal up faster.
I'm seeing a lot of comment asking how cybertronians would react to humans eating meat or if there are any animals on cybertron the bots can eat and in answer...sortof?there are animals native to cybertron that they do kinda eat.more accurately kill and harvest energon from.you can actually see this in this video with a bot mentioning a couple of species that he sees no problems with drinking energon from.
When Cylas [in the body of breakdown] turned into a Terrorcon creature with vampire and zombie qualities it is always HAUNTING, I describe him as a Terrorcon Vampiric Zombie Along with all the Victims turned into those HORRIFIC Creatures!
Can we just take the time to appreciate the Transformers rescue bots actually took the time and effort to make the photo forms that look exactly like how they look when they get their vehicle form
Old stories meant to scare those who hear them into behaving properly that often result in the main characters dying in some gruesome fashion usually by getting eaten by monsters. Gosh, I wonder what kind of culture that sounds like? Almost like some sort of set of tales. Very grim ones infact. Possibly involving two brothers. And given that in the Aligned Continuity, Earth and all its life came from Unicron the essential Destroyer Deity/Devil, it's not hard to see why said fairy tales are so similar. Wait, does that mean all earth based life are actually tied to dark Energon itself. If so, what would a Cybertronian Spark do if it were transplanted into a human body or a Human Soul into a Cybertronian Body. Not just vital organs or brains like what we see with Cyrus or Body Swapping in Rescue Bots due to space radiation. Would they essentially just be blank empty husks or something worse or potentially greater. Like an abomination like the Energon Zombies/Terrorcons or something like Head Master Technology or something like a Techno Organic like in the Animated continuity. Hmph, how interesting.🤔
Its also possible these terms were adopted from other languages the Cybertronians have crossed paths with. At the Moment Unicron was merged woth Megatron its likely he skimmed Megs' memory and picked up information
I had took the idea of thunderwing of being a creation of unicron and expand upon it in my transformers lore where he was one of many "freak-formers" which were desgin to help the herald of unicron back when the 13 were created however when unicron was seemingly defeated by the 13 and even some of this own creations liks the freak-formers. Some scattered across the universe to cause trouble while others joined the 13 cybertron and its colony planet, one of which thunderwing would join megatronus during the first war and later megatron

IMO, Primus is indiscriminate. He forges the 13 based on himself & his twin. Later on, he scans the universe to create his own forms of life. I bet he could perfectly control his progeny, but chooses not to. Most likely, he is following the cycle of life &/or natural order, which is what I bet the 1 did too. In conclusion, he does not practice favoritism.
You know i just had a interesting idea for mercy what if in the timelines where you decide to kill starscream later on in the game he begins to haunt predaking

When you think about it, the Autobots were vampiric throughout that time they leeched off Trypticon's energon according to Fall of Cybertron, assuming that game is canon to the Aligned continuity. In an audio log, Ratchet was like, "was it really okay for us to do that?"

it makes sense that translations of stuff about Unicron would be demons in hell and Lucifer as he is sort of the cybertronian equivalent he even has wings and horns
Its weird to say the prime game is not canon yet consider things like the aligned comics canon. the rage of dinobots comics they mention is clearly not canon.

But there's only one spot in the show it fits into, and that is between the episode that Starscream Returns to the Decepticons in, and the Episode Megatron kills Dreadwind in. However, that doesn't account for Starscream's T-cog, or Airachnid, not to mention Ratchet’s blaster, so, what happens there, is just theory: Starscream's T cog was replaced by Knockout before the episode Dreadwing tries to kill Starscream in, he's replacement got destroyed when Megatron used starscream to soak up a blast from Thunderwing, before Thunderwing left the Nemesis. Airachnid is an anomaly (I will be the first to admit that at the point in time the game best fits, she is in a stasis pod at the autobot base, is one of the things I tend to forget, but I remember she's still in a stasis pod) Airachnid escapes, perhaps the timer hits zero on the stasis pod or something, and the Autobots force Airachnid to use the ground bridge as her escape route by blocking off all other exits to prevent her from learning the base's location, she then ends up returning to the Decepticons as she finds that to be her best Option at that point in time, after the game the Autobotsrecapture her and put her back into a stasis pod. And Ratchet’s Blaster in the game, while made to be a game mechanic, Ratchet has had a Blaster since the war, since at least the wfc level defend Iacon (I know those games don't exactly fit either), but Ratchet just prefers not to use a blaster. Also, Knockout did drive off the side of the Nemesis, but we saw no body, and one of the Highest rules in storytelling: when there's no body, they're probably not dead. Maybe you can do video all about the animals and plants of cybertron and conpair them to earth wildlife and plantlife. I found it funny when starscream thought a bunny was a human and arcee thought the bunny was cute.
11:35 more likely that he corrupted already existing life to serve him. As a force of destruction I doubt he has the ability to create like Primus does.

I do wonder if Liege Maximo & Magatronus would be considered Demons of a sort. They do fall in line with the Judeo-Christian idea of Demons being fallen angels. Plus their appearence even seen somewhat comparable to demons with Liege e having horns and Magatronus bring ignited on fire in several depictions.
calling something not created by Primus as an insult is fairly consistent. Beast Wars had the insult "Spawn of Unicron." for Tarantulas. despite being a descendant of the Jihaxus lineage of transformers (and thusly, also a descendant of Primus)
Don't fairies also exist in the aligned continuity? Like obviously not in Cybertronian culture but in the same episode that states that like every cybertronian fairy tale ends with someone getting eaten by a giant space monster they showed at the end that apparently fairies exist in this continuity.
Great video. And yeah I think Starscream being able to become a ghost makes him even more interesting. I like thinking about what an in universe explanation for it could be and so far have only come up with two theories one is that Starscream is an outliner and that's his ability and the other is that him using the dark energon on himself is the reason for it. Not counting the Allspark shared in Animated because let's face it that show really went off the rails when it comes to the lore of the other shows. But it was a great show none the less though TFP will always be my favorite.
A way the ghost starscream could work in prime is that when he dies he can't go on to the all spark because he had dark energon, but unicron is imprisoned so he can't control him and starscream is stuck as a spirit who roams cybertron either messing with the new generation or trying to find a way to move on to the all spark
It's possible that Megatron and Starscream would end up uniting with the anti-spark upon death since other cybertronians appear to be able to unite with the all spark while sealed.
True, though it was just a idea and we could just use the Abnormal spark, though i was trying to use logic and stuff we have seen in the show to make it work
I would like to add somthing. given that optimus has the matrix that may have also given him a spechal ability to talk to alpha trion that other bots might not as it's been shown to allow people to talk with past primes in the past kinda like the avatar, and alpha trion has alway's been a bit spechal.
To be fair to cybertronian stories, a LOT of human fairytales are very dark and often do not have happy endings. Little mermaid got turned into seafoam, the boy who cried wolf got eaten by a wolf, most women in classical mythology got raped and/or killed, many protagonists in stories suffered tragic ends.
I was kinda disappointed that they never utilized him in the actual show. Such wasted potential, but that can be said abput many things in the franchise

@@Tom-oz7wk Megatron heavily augmented his body, infact it is mentioned in the novels that he was surgically modified to go from a cybertronian tank form to a cybertronian jet form. He is essentially a mechanical frankenstein whose original body as the miner D-16 has long been lost over time, and if Optimus wields the Forge and Star Saber with appropriately sized arms just fine, Megatron's slightly taller body and larger hands (as shown on the scale charts and in the show, notably when Optimus tells Megatron "That option is still very much in play" in One Shall Rise 2 and it's shown Optimus only reaches Megatron's eye level roughly) then it is not out of the realm of possibility that he wasn't "normal sized" and it is not an error.
@@nerdomatic2489 but even all the heavy hitters like prime, magnus and megatron are shown to struggle lifting the hammer. It would be fair to assume solus didn't struggle to lift the hammer though otherwise I doubt she could've created the apex armour with a single hammer strike like she did (this is pure speculation but I believe she would've needed full control over the forge to be the master builder she was). I would reference the primes shown in rid15 in the realm of the primes being much larger than optimus but megatronus was the same size as him in the show (but he was also somehow capable of transformation so clearly rid15 took some creative license and ignored continuity)

Magnus is not a prime and while he is still capable of wielding the Forge he is incapable of using it and some form of mystical prime status must corelate to the strength possessed in using it, and Megatron had not much difficulty holding it either despite being unable to use it before getting Liege Maximo's arm, despite Megatron having named himself after a former prime (Megatronus) - and RID15 has massive continuity issues and is generally, though anecdotally, not solid evidence as it is just proof of the Aligned continuity's chaotic jump from time to time.
@@nerdomatic2489 I would've said primes movements were clunky when trying to move the forge in the episode where he upgrades the ground bridge into the space bridge. And I dunno if the prime status makes the forge easier to lift, it just activates the hammers powers. And since magnus had the same body type as optimus prior to primes upgrade, they should've been equally strong and any strength boost prime has is likely granted by the matrix (the g1 continuity makes it confusing as to whether or not the matrix grants its holder any physical augmentations in the various continuities)
We all laugh when Cybertronians in any show or comic are scared by human horror stories.
But considering all the messed up stuff in a Transformers Universe, from Undead, Aetherial Creatures living in the void of space, Sparkeaters, Scraplets, Cosmic Rust and way way worse, a horror story might not be as much of a fiction for them as it is to us.

I think that's just a universal fact, like how there's a theory that there once existed a unified group of humans from a lost time in Earth's history, by which that theory days that's how (for example) 2 groups from across the world that have never heard it met eachothers have the concept of dragons for example.

9:38 The word 'dragon' was unknown on the Cybertron. When the autobots first met Predaking, Miko called him a dragon, after which she had to explain to them what a dragon was. So when Unicron spoke to the resurrected Predacons about dragon fire, it was either a creator's error, or we can assume that since Unicron was Earth, he somehow got to know the concept.
Making archaic vocabulary for an alien species that isn’t supposed to know human concepts I imagine is difficult to sound believable but yeah I can imagine Unicron sort of knowing other stuff about humans through maybe a subconscious dream during his slumber

Outside of our more modern understanding of the word, i.e. fallen angels, 'demon' and all the words we translate to it, mainly refer to 'evil spirits'.
So Predaking calling Unicron a 'demon' fits because his understanding is 'that there is an evil supernatural force' controlling Megatron's body.
So if they understand the concept of 'spirits' they logically would understand the concept of 'evil spirits'. Also the example you give with Thunderwing, basically covers the 'Unicron-Spawn' term Beast Wars Megatron used to insult Tarantulas.

In the MCU they're aliens. So still sci fi there, the most un sci-fi thing in the MCU are probably the Infinity Stones, and in the comics it's a whole other beast
well like- you can find a legitimate, scientific answer (if we give some lee-way as science fiction does as per the Rule of Cool) for almost all of the literal things to happen. Otherwise, it's just mythos. The Transformers may believe in it, but that doesn't mean it's real. They're pretty fallible creatures.
The only big problem is Primus and Unicron, being literal gods to pop out of.. Nowhere?
But that could be fixed with the evil space monkey creating Unicron and.. idk, maybe making Primus too? Or we could go back to how it was in g1, where the Transformers were created by the Quintessons + Cybertron was their big factory or whatnot. (Sparks could be a suuuper fancy-schmancy thing the Quintessons invented via sci-fi reasons- and of course, they need a mechanized way of making these; boom, All-Spark. Maybe the reason for sparks was originally for control or like.. the transformers worked better when they had sparks?? idk you can think of something. (OH! idea; ok, so you know how Sparks seem to have a pre-made bodyplan? (See how Cold-Construction affects people eg TAAO Starscream, and just general 2005 IDW lore.) Maybe they wanted unique robots.. for, er.. Ok. That made more sense before I typed it. There's certainly some possible reason, though.)
This could ALSO explain other colonies completely unknowing of Cybertron- Like maybe they were cybertronians stationed away from Cybertron- exploration, metals mining, stuff stuff. And when the revolution came, the Quintessons let all those go because they decided they were done with the whole transformers thing. Car robots were a bust, moving on. (Ofc, they retcon the decision later on bcs then the transformers do as they do and they start fighting *eachother,* and now it would be pretty easy to take their pretty toys back. I like the idea that having a very strong military is important to Cybertron, because showing weakness means that the Quintessons could come and take the place over again.
And as for Primus and Unicron in this Quintesson build; Unicron, again made by evil space monkey. He wouldn't be like, as important, but er... um. Ok now I'm in a rut again. I like having the idea of an evil space-god, but, it's difficult to figure out how to fit him in the mythological niche I want while still not having the Creation Story be any form of literal. Hm.
(Oh, and what about the Guiding Hand and Thirteen- fuck-)

I'm sure there's better explainations, but it's a little too late. I might come back to this later.
OH- I was about to post but one last thought!! So about taking over the General Populous' beliefs- What if it was a government ploy and whatnot? We all love functionism. So, what if the story of Primus and Unicron were taken and warped into a pro-functionist creation myth? Thirteen or Guiding Hand as fits your fancy added in as a "they were sent by Primus to tell us how to live!".
I really loved what i've heard from the Marvel comics too, so maybe we could lean into that a little.

@@cheriibeanuwu2129 Thank you for the reply, this is kind of the "more sci-fi" I was refering to, it's ok that there are myth, (after all, no one the the real world know how universe was made and no one can disprove the existence of God) but I it would be better if the story writer would try not to conflict with real world science and think about the mythic/magic stuff more thoroughly like you just did.
Another good example is how ratchet in TFP use the magnetic field change of aligning planet to explain the prophecy about Unicron awakening.
It occurred to me that since Unicron in the series is earth that the terms dragon and demon among others may have been somehow been imprinted on earth species by the dormant Unicron. Don't know how... Just a thought though.

You know that at one point all humans just lived together in Africa, right? Shared concepts of things spread around the planet with us.
Something dawned on me when I was rewatching Transformers Prime Darkness rising. When Megatron threw that massive chunk of Dark Energon into the space bridge and it landed on Cybertron and he rose all the dead on the planet. Why didn’t any of the Predacons on the planet get resurrected? I know that it’s because the creators didn’t add the Predacons til later, but lore wise they are still on the planet. And any dead cybertronian can be revived by Dark Energon. So why didn’t they get revived?
My assumption was always that in that scene, Megatron never rose ALL the dead from the planet. Never thought that massive chunk of Dark Energon is massive enough to resurrect the entire planet of dead, just big large group of them.
Unicron did create 4 “demons” to try and level the playing field with primus and that’s why he was defeated after creating the first 4 of 13 the primes found a weakened unicron and battled him before casting him and his anti-creations into space

I also believe that while bots and Cybertronic wildlife generally do not eat metal but just Energon, that they could potentially still eat metal and gain energy from it, considering Scraplets are able to feed on metal alone, even if metal itself doesn't give much energy.
Since Living Metal contains Energon, as explained in Rescue Bots Academy being why Scraplets prefer Living Metal, that means if there were bots left stranded on Cybertron after the Energon disappears all over Cybertron, they would be forced to cannibalize on other bots, maybe even eat their metal too to get as much energy out of the corpse as possible.
It is very cool to imagine a lone bot just wandering the planet, seeking out other lone bots or even groups, take them out and then feast on their delicious corpses. >:D And make their prey/enemies tremble in fear of this bot-turned-cannibal!

Would probably be helpful if there existed metallic plants growing metal fruits around on Cybertron, like golden apple trees and such. Might have small Sparks like mechanimals and not be entirely sentient, not really sure how they would come to exist realistically, actually.
Metal fruits containing precious metals would probably be good against rust/oxidation and helpful against fighting diseases though these are uncommon among bots. I also like to imagine that a gold bar would be like a chocolate bar to Cybertronians. There's even a chocolate brand called Gold Bar (Guldbar). XD
Rid2015 has two cybertronian races that eat metal to gain power/size.
i like to think that all of them can eat metal, but most just use it as fuel for their self repair nanites.

I'm seeing a lot of comment asking how cybertronians would react to humans eating meat or if there are any animals on cybertron the bots can eat and in answer...sortof?there are animals native to cybertron that they do kinda eat.more accurately kill and harvest energon from.you can actually see this in this video with a bot mentioning a couple of species that he sees no problems with drinking energon from.

I had took the idea of thunderwing of being a creation of unicron and expand upon it in my transformers lore where he was one of many "freak-formers" which were desgin to help the herald of unicron back when the 13 were created however when unicron was seemingly defeated by the 13 and even some of this own creations liks the freak-formers. Some scattered across the universe to cause trouble while others joined the 13 cybertron and its colony planet, one of which thunderwing would join megatronus during the first war and later megatron

In conclusion, he does not practice favoritism.

But there's only one spot in the show it fits into, and that is between the episode that Starscream Returns to the Decepticons in, and the Episode Megatron kills Dreadwind in. However, that doesn't account for Starscream's T-cog, or Airachnid, not to mention Ratchet’s blaster, so, what happens there, is just theory: Starscream's T cog was replaced by Knockout before the episode Dreadwing tries to kill Starscream in, he's replacement got destroyed when Megatron used starscream to soak up a blast from Thunderwing, before Thunderwing left the Nemesis. Airachnid is an anomaly (I will be the first to admit that at the point in time the game best fits, she is in a stasis pod at the autobot base, is one of the things I tend to forget, but I remember she's still in a stasis pod) Airachnid escapes, perhaps the timer hits zero on the stasis pod or something, and the Autobots force Airachnid to use the ground bridge as her escape route by blocking off all other exits to prevent her from learning the base's location, she then ends up returning to the Decepticons as she finds that to be her best Option at that point in time, after the game the Autobotsrecapture her and put her back into a stasis pod. And Ratchet’s Blaster in the game, while made to be a game mechanic, Ratchet has had a Blaster since the war, since at least the wfc level defend Iacon (I know those games don't exactly fit either), but Ratchet just prefers not to use a blaster. Also, Knockout did drive off the side of the Nemesis, but we saw no body, and one of the Highest rules in storytelling: when there's no body, they're probably not dead. I do wonder if Liege Maximo & Magatronus would be considered Demons of a sort. They do fall in line with the Judeo-Christian idea of Demons being fallen angels. Plus their appearence even seen somewhat comparable to demons with Liege e having horns and Magatronus bring ignited on fire in several depictions.
Onyx Prime and Amalgam Prime seem to be way more scarier for me.

Like obviously not in Cybertronian culture but in the same episode that states that like every cybertronian fairy tale ends with someone getting eaten by a giant space monster they showed at the end that apparently fairies exist in this continuity.

Great video. And yeah I think Starscream being able to become a ghost makes him even more interesting. I like thinking about what an in universe explanation for it could be and so far have only come up with two theories one is that Starscream is an outliner and that's his ability and the other is that him using the dark energon on himself is the reason for it. Not counting the Allspark shared in Animated because let's face it that show really went off the rails when it comes to the lore of the other shows. But it was a great show none the less though TFP will always be my favorite.

A way the ghost starscream could work in prime is that when he dies he can't go on to the all spark because he had dark energon, but unicron is imprisoned so he can't control him and starscream is stuck as a spirit who roams cybertron either messing with the new generation or trying to find a way to move on to the all spark
It's possible that Megatron and Starscream would end up uniting with the anti-spark upon death since other cybertronians appear to be able to unite with the all spark while sealed.
True, though it was just a idea and we could just use the Abnormal spark, though i was trying to use logic and stuff we have seen in the show to make it work
I would like to add somthing. given that optimus has the matrix that may have also given him a spechal ability to talk to alpha trion that other bots might not as it's been shown to allow people to talk with past primes in the past kinda like the avatar, and alpha trion has alway's been a bit spechal.

To be fair to cybertronian stories, a LOT of human fairytales are very dark and often do not have happy endings. Little mermaid got turned into seafoam, the boy who cried wolf got eaten by a wolf, most women in classical mythology got raped and/or killed, many protagonists in stories suffered tragic ends.
