The Uzumaki Chronicles slander is absolutely atrocious... I grew up on that shit and some could say it was a precursor to the Ninja Storm series gameplay.
The problem with the 2 is that it feels like a smaller game compared to first one, it doesn't help that the subquests are also more contained and unrelated to the story mode. The game improved the gameplay, yes, but there isn't too much to do with it.
I’m with you on this one I’ve only played the first hour or so of Uzumaki chronicles two but it just did not seem like it had the same magic to it but I have nothing but love for the original i’m also probably one of the only people who really enjoyed that skill chip and skill plate system
Is it weird that I enjoyed Dragon Blade Chronicles as a kid? I didn't have access to the other games, so this was one of the few Naruto games I got to play and I enjoyed it.
That game was apart of my childhood, I loved the game, and it felt right to play it at the time that I did. I feel like the game would have been perfect for a Movie of Naruto, like a 2 part movie, or a filler series.
Ok hold up naruto ultimate ninja heroes 3 is an awesome game. The story line, the ultimates, the characters, everything about that game was awesome. The funny thing is that the controls aren't clumsy and the grinding doesn't take long at all. This is by far a 10/10 for me.
Exactly, the person doing the ratings for this game clearly haven't played the game or just isn't good at it. I will admit, doing the story mode can feel repetitive at times but besides that, the roster, combat system, the addition of unique team jutsus, not allowing ults to be too game changing by addin the input system, and overall gameplay is easily better than the other ninja heroes and makes this game(for a psp game) no less than a 8/10 imo
yeah i never understood the immense hate accel 3 gets. i totally get that the game mechanics in a lot of ways is watered down and streamlined from the earlier 2d ultimate ninja games to accomodate the focus on 4 player, but the things it does right it does really well. the graphics are gorgeous given its on psp and the ultimates while shorter are really cool looking especially compared to storm 2's lame ultimates which came out a year later lol. also alot of characters had dope awakenings with cool movesets. also its basically the only game in the series that has 4 player (no i dont count storm revolutions weird cpu only arena mode lol) which was really fun. i think accel 3 is mad underrated
Agreed. I love it's simple but unique gameplay. I wish they continue the Ultimate Ninja series so we can get Ultimate Ninja Heroes 4 or Ultimate Ninja 6.

I don't get the hate for Kizuna drive, I love that game and played it for months I think on and off. Hell I even played it on my pc recently cause I lost my PSP and I still had loads of fun. is it the best naruto game? Nope but I would still say it was a unique experience and was a top tier game for its gameplay and especially cutscenes/story. Nowadays or like in general any game displays it's story in chat format by showing a photo and dialog, Kizuna Drive had full on anime type cutscenes. Wish somebody made a game inspired from Kizuna drive, would love to see it in todays gaming world.
Yeah, that’s what I think, too… Over 50 characters, 4 Players mode, good story mode. That was maybe the BEST fighting game on PSP… Even the DS Games were actually pretty good (for a DS fighting game).

Ninja Council 4 was amazing and the best of the Naruto DS games. I have nostalgic memories of spending Thanksgiving of 2009 struggling to beat the final few levels.
I wanted Uzumaki Chronicles so badly as a teenager but never got a shot at it. Still want to at least try. Kizuna Drive and Akatsuki Rising both turned me off with just a trial run from gamefly. Ninja Destiny was a novelty but didn't have much else going for it. I liked the council games as a kid/teen but I totally get how hollow and repetitive they are and the criticism against them. I will defend Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 as the last bastion of the classic Ultimate Ninja formula, but I get its criticisms

Ive loved Akatsuki Rising as kid i was so mad when i lost the game before and my dad hed by me another Naruto Game and turned out its was Kizuna Drive and one of the worst games ever its so hard as hell and sometimes the levels are even impossible to finish i was crying so much as a child playing that game
They should make a good naruto game that should be an action adventure based rpg and open world to explore cities and lands and do some side missions/quests and main missions in the story.
Luckily I stayed away from a majority of Naruto games outside of the Storm series. Out of the games I played I would say Rise of a Ninja was the worst. An open world with nothing to do, enemies appear at the same place every time so exploring isn't even fun, the Jutsu system was a neat idea in single player but obnoxious in vs, and it has the sin of having achievements linked to the online leaderboard. The only funny thing is that they made the anime trope of "Emotional Flashback" into the contune mechanic.
Gotta disagree with UNH3 just abit, I understand what you mean about the controls but heroes 3 still had some really cool features i wish had been utilized by other games

Globku got a much better and full complete of all Naruto games from all generations and consoles telling you which ones are good and which ones you should avoid And #1 not the worst one and is not even close mates. Just watch Globku Naruto Ranking is better
Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles was my shit! My fucking childhood! It was among one of the many, many PS2 games I played everyday after school and weekends! Yeah yeah yeah, the story is a bit lack luster, and the gameplay can be a bit janky at times. But I still had fun playing it. Looking back on it now, yeah.....hahaha it's aged pretty bad lol but I still love of it, mainly because of my personal huge nostalgic for it. As much as I love it, I wouldn't recommend it to new comers today. Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles is one of THOSE GAMES, where it was good at the time when it was made. I don't see modern Naruto players playing Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles. Only for those like me who grew up with it. As for the sequel, it's oooookay. Not as good as the first one personally. I'm surprised not to see Naruto Ultimate Ninja on PS2 not on the list. The sequels got better! WAY BETTER! But the first Ultimate Ninja game was very poor. Even at the time when I played it. I know there are some out there who love it. More power to ya! But I personally didn't like it. But like I said before, the sequels did get better!

Okay... Kizuna Drive was pretty bad.... but I still had a good time 🤣. Uzumaki Chronicles 2 I spent the most time in and unlocked Sasuke with the infinite chakra skill chip. I have like 8 playthroughs in Uzumaki Chronicles 1 and didn't realize we got the shitty end of the stick until a few years ago. Heroes 3 was okay but I would've preferred the "Ultimate Ninja" combat system to that one. I never got to play Dragon Blade Chronicles but I always say it advertised back in the Shonen Jump magazines and wanted to try it. Glad I didn't Same with Akatsuki Rising, didn't know it was that damn bad
Bro u can’t disrespect chronicles like that my mom got me the game when it first came out and let me tell u me and my cousins all beat together passing off switching characters then when 2 came out one of my cousins got it 4 his bday them bringing 2 player in and polishing it to look more like the anime was big it was like tradition 4 all my cousins to link whenever we got a new Naruto and we beat that one together too. But I also wanted to let u know the ultimate ninja game in your video was actually 4 not 3 sasori and dadera were not playable until 4 we even had 5 the Japanese version that never released in the US
It seems Naruto doesn't have any good luck in video games. Yes yes yes I know Ultimate Ninja/Storm series. Broken Bond & Rise of Ninja and bunch of other PS2 games but Naruto has no luck getting a perfect game. And most successful ones are all fighting games. If there's 1 company or studio that should & could definitely make a good & different Naruto game it's Sega & their studio Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio most famous for Yakuza/Like A Dragon & Judgment series. Just think about it. Similar to Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise, a somewhat alternate universe or storyline set in the middle of Shippuden & original story, gameplay be either the usual Brawler beat em up or Turn base rpg. Konoha & other villages be explorable. Mini games like a possible Karaoke thing I mean just imagine some Naruto characters singing Baka Mitai. Dancing & all that RGG tradition. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is THE PERFECT studio to make a Naruto game. Oh and WatchMojo or MojoPlays, any chances of doing a Top 10 Anime game adaptations we want made by RGG Studio? Premise: Similar to Blood Prison, Naruto falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit, escapes village, promises to find real perpetrator, ends up in a vilage or setting & goes under an Alias, Menma.

Bro u can’t disrespect chronicles like that my mom got me the game when it first came out and let me tell u me and my cousins all beat together passing off switching characters then when 2 came out one of my cousins got it 4 his bday them bringing 2 player in and polishing it to look more like the anime was big it was like tradition 4 all my cousins to link whenever we got a new Naruto and we beat that one together too. But I also wanted to let u know the ultimate ninja game in your video was actually 4 not 3 sasori and dadera were not playable until 4 we even had 5 the Japanese version that never released in the US
It seems Naruto doesn't have any good luck in video games. Yes yes yes I know Ultimate Ninja/Storm series. Broken Bond & Rise of Ninja and bunch of other PS2 games but Naruto has no luck getting a perfect game. And most successful ones are all fighting games.
If there's 1 company or studio that should & could definitely make a good & different Naruto game it's Sega & their studio Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio most famous for Yakuza/Like A Dragon & Judgment series.
Just think about it. Similar to Fist of the North Star Lost Paradise, a somewhat alternate universe or storyline set in the middle of Shippuden & original story, gameplay be either the usual Brawler beat em up or Turn base rpg. Konoha & other villages be explorable. Mini games like a possible Karaoke thing I mean just imagine some Naruto characters singing Baka Mitai. Dancing & all that RGG tradition.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is THE PERFECT studio to make a Naruto game.
Oh and WatchMojo or MojoPlays, any chances of doing a Top 10 Anime game adaptations we want made by RGG Studio?
Premise: Similar to Blood Prison, Naruto falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit, escapes village, promises to find real perpetrator, ends up in a vilage or setting & goes under an Alias, Menma.
