I'm a quadriplegic and kundalini yoga is one if the greatest discoveries of my life. Even though I can't do many of the movements I visualise and concentrate on the breathing and I get amazing results. It would be great if you could reach out to other disabled people because you have no idea hpw much you have to offer them.I've been doing this for 3 years and will do it til the day I die! 100% hooked!!!

I also found this video randomly after months of painful spiritual experiences. Some people are seriously cruel especially when they think they can get away with it b/c the cruelty is invisible. I'm sending out a signal to the universe to show me the path to overcome this. OM. OM.

I started doing your Kundalini videos over 2 years ago. I have watched a few other teachers and I really love the way you guide your lessons. I hope to do your teacher training this year for Kundalini. Tonight I have so much energy flowing through my spine all the way up to my head. I have been working through a lot of abuse and trauma from my past these past 2 years and I had let out one of my experiences an hour before I started the practice. And I feel like it helped me unblock my throat chakra because that pain I felt at that time was unburied and my body doesn't have to hold onto it anymore. I just want to thank you Brett for making Kundalini more accessible for people like me who live in rural areas and cant go to a studio.

Hello Bret, I want 2 thank u, for your soft personality & loving heart, I can tell by your voice. I'd like 2 share w/you & all who may read this. I only started yoga 10mnths ago. 1 to 2 times a week. Doing only this video. And my health has dramatically changed for the better. I have spinal stenosis& at age 61, I could barely walk, the pain in my spine & pain that runs down the back of my legs, was horrible. I couldnt do much of lesson. But I stayed with it, and as time passed, I'm doing so much better. I can finally do a baby pose. Big Big thank you. If it wasnt for your personality of love, I'd never would have proceeded, to keep trying. I'm so happy with what I have in relief from pain. I implore all to venture into yoga. Your a great teacher with this beginners class. Your a blessing. 🙏

It's pretty rare for me to experience emotional release during practice because I'm usually so focused on the physical release, but immediately after the final Sat Nam I felt a welling of emotion and actually cried to myself. Not out of sadness but gratitude I believe. Thank you for this video!!!

I can say I dont believe in this crap all I want. What I can say is that my beliefs DONT matter . My arms felt an electric current traveling through them. Everytime I rolled my eyes to the master gland. I felt ENERGY from my eyebrows to the top of my head even in the roof of my mouth. I also felt an extremely warm sensation at the base of my spine. This is not crap, this is 100% legit. I dont know really whats going on,but what I can say is that something is going on. PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS for I am instantly subbing your channel.

What you guys are feeling is kundalini energy, which is what this style of yoga is designed to get flowing. That's the beauty of this stuff - you don't have to believe in it. You just have to do the work, and the results make believers out of skeptics :)

After practicing Vinyasa for over two years (a different channel), I happened upon this video, loved the difficult experience, and decided to "challenge" myself to practicing it for 21 days straight. It has been life-changing and completely elevated my spiritual understanding of my human experience. Gracias, BrettLarkin, I appreciate you!

First time doing Kundalini- I have been doing Hatha Yoga for ≈2 weeks and decided to try kundalini for a change. I didnt know what I was in for before I started, but after the practice, this is the most powerful thing I have ever done. I almost cried after the "ego-eradicator" breath of fire. You impart this practice so well on anyone watching. I will be coming back to this every day. My body feels completely immaterial in the presence of my mind. I might get addicted. Thank you for this video!

First I fell in love with Hatha, then Vinyasa and now Kundalini. So, everyday I try and spend an hour with Brett and mix thirty minutes Hatha, then thirty minutes Kundalini - or I start with thirty minutes Vinyasa.
Never thought I would be able to find the peace that I experience with Kundalini. It’s quite magical and has got me through eight weeks of lockdown during this pandemic 👌👌👌👌

I absolutely loved that bcz I'm on the spiritual path and incorporating that into my yoga practice is absolutely magical. This is the second practice I tried today, and it was AMAZING. I’ve been doing hatha, vinyasa and pranayama yoga for a year or so now and I’ve realised kundalini definitely unlocks that consciousness I struggle with during my usual practises. I got goosebumps watching this video for the first time and actually doing a session of kundalini awakened my chakras properly, I’ve been stuck with them for the longest time now. Thank you so much! 🧘🏼‍♀️🥰

I woke up this morning, meditated and when I was about to eat I had the urge to do the Kundalini Yoga. That is what brought me to your video. Is very well explained and I am not as flexible as you but tried to do the exercises the best way possible. I ended up in a Bliss, it was so powerful that it took me quite a long time to get up from the mat. And I’m feeling in love, at peace, in harmony with the Universe. But I kept trying all the way to the end and the part where you put your hands up and thumbs up and breathe fast suddenly made me feel very strong and I could really focus on the third eye. I'm looking forward to practicing and getting better and stronger. I can feel the power behind this. thank you.

This has helped me tremendously! I originally was guided to it due to suffering from nervous leg syndrome at night and had stumbled across an article that was suggesting the syndrome may be connected to energy blockages causing the energy to shoot back down the leg/s. Since utilizing this practice daily I am no longer bothered by the issue! Thank you so much for sharing this practice! Many blessings.

There is a creative energy coiled like a snake at the base of the spine . This creative energy is part of our evolutionary process. As we evolve physically and spiritually this energy moves up the spinal cord and through the webs that divide the chakras. This process happens over eons of time or it can be triggered to make a leap in that process. It will stimulate exactly who and what you have evolved to. In other words if your not ready to make a leap in this process you could end up dead or mentally destroyed. There is a theory that 'SHC' , SHC is used to describe instances when a human - either living or recently dead - seems to burst into flames without an external source of ignition. It is argued that SHC can be caused by an individual's behavior and habits - such as alcohol consumption - inner mechanisms of the body, or even acts of God or sorcery. This practice should never be taken lightly and is not a 'yoga fad' as some seem to think it is. Dont play games with evolution it could consume you.

Let us start with findings from one of the most ancient archaeological remains at Gobekli Tepe (Turkey) of around 11,500BCE. there were proto-Vedic astrology carved on stone pillars as this ancient civilization was located near
circumpolar constellations (Draco/Shishumara and Cygnus) around pole star of Northern night sky. These circumpolar constellations never seem to set and they simply rotate around the pole star that basically supported concept of Heaven/God for people of ancient civilizations. It appeared for them as these circumpolar constellations was controlling the movement of all stars and planets around it . In Hindu mythology, these circumpolar constellations are referred as Shisumara planetary system and other stars are also fixed on different sides of the Śhiśumāra planetary system according to the calculations of ancient Vedic astronomers. Even in current world and to concentrate their minds, Vedic sages worship the Śhiśumāra planetary system, which is technically known as the Kuṇḍalini-cakra. All these archaeological remains clearly show a proof that humans were aware of Astrology or Astronomy even 12000 years back that basically supported them to build culture, religion and deities based on constellations/cosmic formations in sky. Dont fall for anything blindly...u do not know whom u are calling...what u are chanting..ancient people believed heavens were above the pole star. Better is not to try anything strange.
.....Dhruvaloka(Pole Star), the abode of Lord Viṣṇu within this universe, is situated 1,300,000 yojanas from the seven stars(Big Dipper). In the planetary system of Dhruvaloka are the planets of the fire-god(Agni), Indra, Prajāpati, Kaśyapa and Dharma, all of whom are very respectful to the great devotee Dhruva, who lives on the polestar. Like bulls yoked to a central pivot, all the planetary systems revolve around Dhruvaloka, impelled by eternal time. Those who worship the virāṭ-puruṣa, the universal form of the Lord, conceive of this entire rotating system of planets as an animal known as śhiśhumāra. This imaginary śhiśhumāra is another form of the Lord. The head of the śhiśhumāra form is downward, and its body appears like that of a coiled snake. On the end of its tail is Dhruvaloka, on the body of the tail are Prajāpati, Agni, Indra and Dharma, and on the root of the tail are Dhātā and Vidhātā. On its waist are the seven great sages. The entire body of the śhiśhumāra faces toward its right and appears like a coil of stars. On the right side of this coil are the fourteen prominent stars from Abhijit to Punarvasu, and on the left side are the fourteen prominent stars from Puṣyā to Uttarāṣāḍhā. The stars known as Punarvasu and Puṣyā are on the right and left hips of the śhiśhumāra, and the stars known as Ārdrā and Aśleṣā are on the right and left feet of the śhiśhumāra. Other stars are also fixed on different sides of the Śhiśhumāra planetary system according to the calculations of Vedic astronomers. To concentrate their minds, yogīs worship the Śhiśhumāra planetary system, which is technically known as the kuṇḍalini-cakra.

Read this if you are brave enough to handle it.
Firstly, you have DOCTRINES OF DEVILS!!
Secondly, you are NOT being led by the Holy Spirit but another spirit.
I believe the name of this counterfeit spirit is Kundalini.
Kundalini is a New Age serpent spirit.
You have a demon that is indwelling inside you and it needs casting out. This demon is making you speak in this new age manner and it comes from the father of all lies and a deceiver of the whole world, whose name is Satan!!!! The only way to cast it out, is to get saved in Christ Jesus.
The devils run, just by the mention of the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST.
Please get saved NOW, before it's too late for you soul.
Heaven and Hell are REAL, LITERAL PLACES!! You have 1 ETERNITY to choose for your soul, please choose wisely.
      Grace and Peace.
Here is a message for lost souls - Jesus Christ is God, manifest in the flesh and He came on earth to die for our sins. He bore our sins on the cross of Calvary. Have you accepted His free gift of Salvation? Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour? Have you truly BELIEVED from your heart that Jesus Christ is LORD? Have you BELIEVED in the death, burial and resurrection found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KING JAMES Bible? That's how a lost soul can get saved.
Remember that it's NOT what we do that gets us saved, it's what Jesus Christ DID on the cross of Calvary, that's what SAVES a lost soul.
All you have to do to be saved, and on your way to heaven is place your TRUST in the shed Blood of Jesus Christ and nothing else, as sufficient for your salvation, (Romans 3:25 KJB - "Whom God hath set forth to be a PROPITIATION through FAITH IN HIS BLOOD, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;")
(Propitiation means the act of appeasing wrath, Jesus took your place on the cross.)
Will you accept Jesus Christ as your saviour by simple faith, simply trusting in his shed Blood which is sufficient to save your soul from hell?
The last sentence is all you must do to be saved, and that is FAITH, not works, TRUSTING in what someone else did for you is the only thing that is not a work.
Please get saved NOW before it's too late for your soul!! There's 1 Eternity to choose from, Heaven or Hell, choose wisely for your souls!!
Grace and Peace to all in Christ Jesus!!

@@1Corinthians15_1-4 I got a question for you. Since you believe in Jesus and he is the way, the truth, and the light. Does that mean everyone who never heard of Jesus is going going to hell? Also did you know the Bible was almost dead until a pagan emperor decided it was a good way to control so invested in keeping it alive after changing it? Have you read the books of the Bible that were removed? Did you know ykga was around way before any teachings of the bible? Do you believe the Bible is 100 percent true word for word or is it full of symbolism?
