மிக அருமையான பதிவு நன்றி 🙏 ங்க! எங்க அம்மா எப்படி செய்வார்கள் என்றால் ஆட்டெலும்பு கறி குழம்பு பாக் கூட்டி நன்றாக கொதித்ததும்! மெஷினில் முந்தைய நாள் அரைத்து வந்த 2 கப் கோதுமை மாவு கொடுத்து 3 கப் சுடுநீர் சிறிதளவு உப்பு சேர்த்து நன்கு கிளறி ✋ கை மால் கொழுக்கட்டை யாக பிடித்தமான கையடக்க வடிவில் கொதிக்கும் குழம்பில் ஆங்காங்கே அடிக்கிறார் போல் போட்டு தம் போட்டு இறக்கவும் !!! பிறகு சின்ன வெங்காயம் கருவேப்பிலை 1 பட்டை போட்டு தாளித்து நறுக்கிய கொத்தமல்லி தழை தூவி பரிமாறவும் !! அன்று மழை நாட்களில் என் அம்மா செய்த ஞாபகம் வருதே ஞாபகம் வருதே
இன்று அம்மா இல்லை !!!!!!!
அந்த சுவை நாவில் ருசி இன்று ம் வேறுமாதிரி !!( பாண்டிச்சேரி )
