I liked the content and subject matter, some beats were hit or miss while some were just not my cup of tea. But lyrically and content wise was top notch. Songs like castle and arose are two classic story telling songs. Believe smacks not a fan of the singing part. Untouchable was not that appealing but the subject matter is what kept me listening and is one of my favorite albums to just sit and listen to and realize man he was spitting facts and everyone hated it because he was. “Too woke” stfu bunch of haters I swear 😤
The album wasn't his best, but it was really good. It dealt with deeper subjects and people don't like that. They just want Em to kill every song with bars and be aggressive and don't appreciate the artist that Em is. Artists have things to say and they may ave albums that don't appeal to you and that is fine, but you still have to judge it on paper and on paper it was nowhere near bad. He still had bars, he still rapped well, people just didn't like the features and the way he rapped. Most people that hated that album either weren't fans to begin with, or are immature.

@7:57 i stopped watching the Grammys years ago because a lot of good rappers get overlooked by these mumble rappers etc. Example of good rappers who get overlooked atmosphere,RA the Rugged Man, Brother Ali, Royce Da 59, Jelly Roll, Tech n9ne, even Yelawolf, so a trophy doesn't mean anything nowadays, that's just my opinion.

Revival was one of my favorite albums but everyone hated it and I don't get why. The only albums I'd put ahead by Eminem are MMLP, TES, and MTBMB
