- Michael Einziger gives a video guitar lesson for the international smash hit Avicii song Wake Me Up. Einziger co-wrote the song in collaboration with his friends Avicii (Tim Bergling) and Aloe Blacc.

I just can't believe Mike wrote this riff, I grew up listening to Incubus and it's weird seeing him doing collabs for this kind of music. Many tutorials (if not all) miss that closing #F major in the chord progression; nothing better than watching it from the master himself!

The singer for Incubus doesn't sound anything like Aloe Blacc, who sings on the Avicii track. I'll admit it'd be interesting to hear his take on it though

standard shape but without the high string voicing... chords are Am .. Fmaj7/C.. C/G... G ... hope that helps
