Epic route and run. You both did fantastic, and Cristal is a hard charger! Wow! The video turn out excellent, and having seen Jeff's a year ago, is just as good. 32mi in the Canyon is gnarly, let alone climbing out via S.Kaibab. I started running there in 2015, doing R2R's with my then 16yr old daughter, and continue to return a couple times each year, sometimes shooting video for the channel. Love running there, and train year round for it, including cross-training on a ridiculously heavy, 47lb mountain bike that I put together, in order to develop my trail running fitness. Great job on the run and on the video, and that was boss-level, getting stung in the throat so early in the day, handling it, and continuing on.👊
