  • A lot of people like to present their writing as "unbiased" but that is actually very rare. Even when we work to remove bias, everything we present has some persuasive energy behind it. So today, we’re going to talk about how to direct that energy purposefully to become better, more effective writers in the last episode of Study Hall: Composition!
Presented by Arizona State University and Crash Course, Study Hall is a tailored series of TH-cam Learning Playlists aimed at helping you with resources to navigate college and your education path. Count on Study Hall to guide you to and through college.
Thanks to viewers like you, Study Hall has grown and moved from the ASU TH-cam channel, where it launched in 2020, to its own channel. View your favorite videos and new ones at links.asu.edu/gostudyhallh1. We can’t wait to see you there!

I like how contained these are so I can just watch this video only to brush up my persuasion skills. Useful!

I took note of every episode. I am very grateful for all this information, and I would have liked to find it much earlier. I'm a little sad that it's over, but now is a good time to apply all that I have learned and be a Writer in Action!
    Watching from Venezuela.

Thanks a lot. I'm gonna refer your videos during my seminar next year. As with all Crash Courses you've helped me figure out ways for better communication with my students.
