      @@paulr6881 i remember him lying on the floor at the end - i thought it was in the 1998 games though until i checked here.

      He could've been a lot better than he was but for the want of the limelight and publicity he wanted, his fellow GB 400m athletes even soured on him eventually especially Roger Black.

    Anyone know how to see all the times for each athlete?

      You can use a stop watch and take the splits yourself. Back then they didn’t universally track the splits like they do presently.

      @@mattsilva4377 How do you know when to stop it. Is it that line? Sometimes can be hard to see.

      @@FixiSlaptaccount it really is an educated guess. You have to gauge the torso. When either or of the shoulders hits that line; you split. On the lead off I go with the exchange zone.

    Once again, absolutely abysmal commentary. Apart from Australia there was no mention of any of the athletes names, just the country they were representing.

      Did it occur to you that you are watching Australian television coverage?

    • @muddlepond
      @muddlepond 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@daniellowe75 Yes of course i did but they should still mention all the other athletes. All commentators need lessons from the BBC crew, especially Steve Cram, he mentions every single person who is competing.
