I just need help understanding how the wax stays hot enough from the desired temp of the wax to pouring it in the pitcher, then adding room temp FO then mixing and then pouring, I only make 5-6 at a time and my wax has to be way hotter than what is called for in order for it not to drop 10-15 degrees almost immediately, unless my pouring pitchers are left on a hot plate. Taking the wax up to 220 or higher is probably bad for quality, I really cannot seem to get this, do you make candles with no A/C on? And your wax seems to sit for a little while but stays the same after pouring? HELP I need it 😩 if I'm ever going to have big batches
@@earthglow So DO YOU heat coconut apricot wax to 220 and then add FO?? I have been using Coco apricot for a year and I still feel my hot throw can be netter. So I started retesting temps and wicks all over again. My coco apricot wax says don't go over 190 in heating and pour at 180-190
Hi Allen. Love your channel!! I'm so excited.. I just purchased 4 as a little bday gift to myself. 😊 Keep doing what you're doing. You're so fun to watch and such an inspiration. Thank you for these awesome informative relaxing videos. I especially appreciate the humor... and when you whack yourself with the strips! Take care. ❤
I have searched all over to find a link for your Wick centering tools, the wooden ones that you use, and I can't find them. Do you have a link to where I could purchase them?
Have you compared this coconut apricot to Candle Science's coconut apricot? If so, I'm curious to hear your opinion of the difference. Your candles are beautiful!
I make candles for a hobby and this video inspired me to get to work! I'm currently working on a mini "Baddie" collection. Thanks for always producing great content Allen!
Hi, thank you so much for the video. What is the diameter of the jars that you were using in the video? I am also using the Coco-Apricot and CDN wicks but struggling with the right sizes. Thank you.

Hi Allen! I just purchased this wax because of this video =). I wonder if you can let me know the diameter of this particular vessel? My vessels are from Makesy - (posh). I heard that you only double wick for vessels that are above 3 inch diameter. I want to know your opinion about this. Best regards! Kate from Canada.

Hi Allen, 🙂 Im wondering if you'd mind helping me out with something. I feel like I've tried everything I can think of that I know to do on my end with CS's Coco Apricot, including trouble shooting with them as well. Everything while testing is great, except I am not getting any HT whatsoever. I'm just wondering what you might suggest, because I really love the idea of that 3 day cure, but I'm ready to give up on it. 😩 Thank you!!
What's a "patreon" that you keep referring to? I can't find it! Also post the video for the gold labels with black writing pretty please with Banana Bread on top!? LOLOL!

Did you add some beeswax with it? I am struggling with double wicking ceda coco Apr. Aura + cdn. I only make double wick candles, this wax melts too fast!
Nope, this is 100% Ceda Serica. My guess is your wicks are not the best type or size. This wax requires small wicks that don’t burn as hot. What size CDN are you using?
@@earthglow I have tested cdn 2 in 15oz Aura. Also tested hpsp 1065 and lx 8. I have seen people adding S&p 487, which is a beeswax. We don't have that in Canada. Planning to test with regular white beeswax.

Hi!! All links and Patreon formulas will be posted tomorrow afternoon. Enjoy! :)
the cat's out of the bag on those funnel cake dispensers! I've been using them for YEARS. they are a huge help.
Beautiful looking candles. Please do a tutorial of the gold labels.
Yes please!! Tutorial on labels. ❤
Love your imagination in coming up with the names for your collection. You're a class act!
aww thank you! 😊
These are absolutely fabulous! Luxury as its best, congratulations again on a beautiful candle making video.
Michael, thank you for your kind words. Always enjoy your videos and content!
Beautiful!!! I Love-Love this wax!! I use LX 10 double wicks for my Olli tins
That is awesome!
Have Olli gone out of business? There website is no longer & I can’t even find them on Amazon
@@franchiseplaya75 yes, I’ve been trying to find them on Amazon or some like them
I remember when you did an unboxing on these beautiful vessels. Everything looks great!
Yes!!! I adore them. Just sad I only have several hundred 🥲
Love the transparency ❤❤❤❤❤❤.

Nope, I’d be taking it up hotter to like 220 and add your oil between 200-210 for the reasons you mentioned. Won’t impact the quality.

Coco apricot wax is by far my favorite wax to use for candles! I don't like it for wax melts though.
Yup, a little too soft for melts.

Hiveandhoney also has similar centering devices;and I love my CA wax. I’ve tried a few but always come back to it
Thanks for sharing!!
yes How do you do the gold foil labels ? Would love to see that.

awesome! I use coco-apricot wax too! :D
Such a great wax! 😍
@@earthglow What temp to to heat wax to before pouring in FO? Looked to be 180?
oh geeze, ignore that dumb user name. My son when he was 12 did that
Do you always want multiple wix to be close together to the center?
Great video! Yes, please do a tutorial for gold labeling 🙂
Thanks for your comment! 😊
Hi! Did you like the coconut apricot wax? I bought some and I can’t wait to use it.
It's so good! One of my favorites.
Loooove CDN wicks
Couldn't agree more.

Loved the video, I bought some of those vessels and they are beautiful. Allan what’s the name of company for the wick holder you mentioned. Tysm
Glad you enjoyed this one, Ivon!!
Candle science just got coco apricot wax, did you talk to them lol I had just asked you about that and now they have it. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Ha ha ha! No, but I was one of the ones to help test it out for them. It’s a great formula.

Great video. Thank you. Question: When using a heat gun, do you wait until it is cured, or do you do it right away after solidifying?
I usually wait until the next day after I’ve poured the candles to ensure they’re fully solidified but certainly no longer would be needed.
@@earthglow thank you!
Omg lovely candles

So this wax does have paraffin wax in it, any concerns about toxins. Do you add beeswax?🐝🕯️

Do you know of a great black tea with lemonade scent?
hmmmm... not in particular!!
Would these be the same wicks on Amazon?
Not sure which wicks you’re looking at on Amazon but I’ve never seen CDN wicks on there.
@@earthglow I purchased some eco wicks after I typed in CDN and they burn to hot 😩
HI ,size of this vessel,a lot thank
These hold about 14 oz wax.
Did you pour at ? 145?
I pour these immediately after adding my oils. Pour temp is likely in the 150's-160's.
Hola so tell us 😊 how do you like that wax warmer?
Overall I think it’s a great warmer option!
@@earthglow thank you 😊
Nice💋💯💥💅
