Hey Jerry, not sure if you remember me or not. Was married to Tony’s sister. (Key word - was😂) Been watching your videos, planning on booking a trip with you maybe in the Spring. I got an ankle replacement surgery coming up in two weeks, so I’ll be out of commission for a while! But I’ll be calling you sometime early Spring! Good to see you’re so successful! Stay safe!
Excellent content! I see you from occasionally @ Spencer Creek ramp. I grew up on Oologah and then moved away for 35 yrs. Now I am back living in the area with a new boat and am starting a new relationship with an old lake. Caught hundreds of pounds of sand bass and crappie in the late 70's with my dad when the lake was still young. I apologize for logging all your "spots" on your videos. They give me a starting point for blue cat fishing (new to me) and now for winter hybrids. Without the standing timber from the old days the lake is completely different. Thanks for the education. I will put it to good use. Wave if you see me in the red Tracker Targa 19 with "BOATYPUFF" on the sides.
If I’m just using a single jig i do not. If im using live shad in summer time i use a 14lb floro leader. Currently im using power pro in a blue color so i can see it falling. Thats when i know i hit the bottom.
Great video!!!
Thank you!
Enjoyed the video. Good to see what they look like on live scope. Saw you on the lake the day you made this video. Thanks for the fishing tips!
Good meeting you.

That's great. I try to pass down what I know and help others. Its a big lake and my techniques work of our sister lakes as well.
Great footage 👍🏼
Thanks Mark.
im in claremore OK, id like to fish with you sometime.
i love top water fishing and frogs, chatterbaits, ploppers etc
Thank you.
What length shaft is on your Ultrexx? I have a procat 240 and I’m thinking of putting 1 on mine.
Id get the 60 or better for big waves. Mines a 60 but id get the new brushless model. I run my batts down after 6 hrs in big water.
Do you use leaders when using braid or do you tie directly on braid? If you use leaders what type line and pound test?
