    I enjoy Dr. Barry’s videos as well. I will check out the others for sure. I think it is coming time for me to quit with the diet sodas as that feels like the last thing that keeps me from kicking the cravings to the curb. I agree that carnivore keeps it super simple.

      The key for me was to give up on the idea of moderating in favor of abstaining, from all carbs and even just the taste of sweet. Those keep the cravings up. The more time passes from when I cut it all out, the more dead the cravings become, for stuff like sodas and bread and desserts, even beer. Keto made me crave all the time, and snack all the time, and cheat, and suffer when I was trying to be strong. Now I can hang out with friends and loved ones and watch them eat junk and it doesn't even move the needle. I can look at them crushing pizza or whatever, and know that it smells good, I know it would taste awesome, because I remember loving it, but I don't want any. Not even willpower at this point, I'm just indifferent to it. Some sweets even smell kinda gross now, which is so weird but feels good.
      My wife wants to cut loose on Thanksgiving. I may not bother.

      I want to get to that point. Where the cravings are gone, or at least so low it does not take much to say no.
      Kudos to you for being able to watch as others eat the sweets and say no.
