I could be wrong but I think the main sugar in dates is fructose which is metabolized and stored in the liver and doesn't really do much to replace muscle glycogen stores. Great pre or during a workout though I guess, just not post workout.

High in calories / carbs mate being a dried fruit, high in fibre and antioxidants and so easy to add to your diet as they’re a natural sweetener. If you struggle to get your carbs in I’ve found them handy to add and they taste nice as well.

Mate, sack off that Asda basic cottage cheese bollocks and get on the Longley Farm stuff (full fat obvs). Bit more expensive but so worth it. Also, get some black pepper and a sprinkle of chives on there and really live it up.
i am starting back going to the gym. should i concentrate on one muscle group a day? or is full body better? i used to do like Monday, biceps&triceps Tuesday: Leg Wednesday: Rest Thursday: chest and back Friday: Rest Saturday: shoulders and whatever i felt like Sunday Rest Now i been doing callisthenics for a bit but want to go back to the gym to get my abs and a better chest and biceps have them get bigger.
