Thank you all ❤️ for people who were wondering I have two final exams (the other one being on July 26th) before getting my degree. I am studying to be a nurse assistant (I'm Italian but I'm pretty sure that's what it's called in English).
This video made me pretty emotional and made me teary eyed, honestly. I suffer from PTSD and have severe sleep deprivation almost every single night of my life. I dream awake of sleep like someone incarcerated dreams of a night sky. I am truly appreciative of all that you put into this video, because it means so much to me. Honestly, videos like this can truly heal and save lives. I thank you.
With the music in the background, it reminds me of being at the spa getting a relaxing massage. Thanks for the truly calming video. Your voice is awesome. God bless you! 💕😇

This video has surprisingly given me some clarity. I laid there with my eyes closed, listening, and my mind wandered. Her words hardly reached me, but yet I realized something. I can’t be helped. This life has been cruel to me, and those I love don’t love me back. No amount of medication or counseling can help me. There’s no one to save me. It’s hard to live this way. So tomorrow night, I’m going to end it. This isn’t something anyone should be sad about. This is a realization of celebration. No more suffering, no more hurt. Thank you.

I recently got a bamboo pillow and a silk pillowcase my sleep has been so much better since changing up my pillow and pillowcase! I tend to use these ASMR videos for napping in the day time now where as before I switched my pillow and pillowcase I needed these ASMR videos to sleep at night...

I soon as I hear her voice my heart rate slows down and I just shut off. Great asmr! Also a little tip for insomniacs. Get some magnesium. Preferably magnesium glycinate. It's an essential mineral for relaxation.
