If you kill most the bucks you find after going to all your spots they will be respawned after you change the time to go again. If you only shot a few bucks it takes a bit longer try leaving the game

Dude, I'm so glad you said something about the zones disappearing because you go into multiplayer... i was trying to figure out why I was missing zones in certain areas and now i know why. thanks!

You just have to learn the migration paths. The animals will usually take a similar path when they move from one need zone to the next. Find out the pathing and set up a tripod and wait.
@@lubeinatube813 I have found a more juicy way the tripod is heavy and loud to set up. Now I pop into the world and grab the treestand and press triangle inside it while I get out of it simultaneously to become completely invisible and make less noise now I can stalk dow anything with a bow. Many people would say this is cheesey I say it makes it easier to get you lodge decked out and full of money.

Yes they make it so you can kill 15 animals instead of 3 before hunting pressure removes zones

Sorry to ask but what weapon pack is that weapon in? It looks like it would be very useful for taking out multiple animals in the same herd. Also, is there any other way to reduce the amount of hunting pressure given without the use of tripods or treestands dlc? Loved the video, it was more than helpful.
Smoking barrels weapon pack. And only way without tripods Is with bows post te Awaroa update

Does quick kill bonus also count,or doesn't it matter at all,just that you kill them and harvest of course.btw,what would be a good weapon for big game,im currently using the 7mm(which barely can take down a moose,there's a lot of tracking) and the drilling rifle(takes down a moose better than the 7mm)both are i believe from 4-9 and im doing this method trying to get a diamond moose on medved taiga but as i already said both of my rifles are single shots,so when i fire and kill one the herd spoks and runs away before i am ready for another shot,what rifle would be the best do to this,preferably one with less recoil?
Just have to hit vital organs with 2 or less shots

How are you meant to grind musk deer tho, they only show up to drink zones alone or maybe with one other musk deer, not in herds
Set to drink time and use the airgun and just shoot them all that are drinking around it
Know what really annoys me is that I just messed up a diamond white tail cuz I panicked
If I kill a small moose, could it respawn as a max weight potentially? Wondering because I have been playing this game for a few years, and yet, I struggle to get moose and red deer diamonds.

Found my first ever diamond moose took a shot at it blatantly at its lung get to ut and i hit a non vital organ the games shit

Yes. Hopping multiplayer is very effective aswell have a separate video on that aswell but basically if you want a specific diamond you grind singleplayer if you want a chance at anything hop multiplayer

This may be a bit of a stupid question but how do you drop them so quickly, for me I 1 shot them but I have to track them
The ammo and the amount of organs you hit determines how fast it drops

See so i been playing this game off and on for a few years. I think tripods are cheating. You can still make the rounds kill as many males as ya can. No multiplayer. The fun part of this game is tracking and not fast traveling from spot to spot to spot.
Just my two cents. I love the unique antlers they added and the less predictable behavior. Great game
Yes dlc content they have added and anyone can go and buy is cheating lol. The "fun part" is subjective not everyone likes to play the same way or has fun playing the way you me or others play
The fun part is most certainly not rubbing for an hour to find something you nailed a clean shot on only for it to just keep running and running and running and running...
So do need zones actually influence respawns?
The bucks that you shoot in the zone will potentially respawn into a bigger buck in the same or different zone.
Once you have found every herd of one breed, you can focus on just a few herds and your respawns should just reappear at those herds you are farming. If you haven't found a herd of let's say 2 bucks and 3 Does, those 5 Deer will actually be in your respawn pool. This can be annoying as a Gold/Diamond you kill will take possibly 6 kills to respawn again.

How do you wait 6 days in game time for respawns, that is 36 irl hours so do I keep my server on all the time?

I never see more than one pronghorn at a time. Never in groups.
What helps me with trying to get pronghorn is i go hunt different animals on the map and when you come back they are bunched together in their herds again

so do ground blinds reduce hunting pressure also?
They do but they spook animals out to 250m when placed

Quick question I’ve accidentally shot one to many fallow deer on New Zealand and their drink zone has gone, is there any way on getting it back in the same spot ??
@@madnesss5478 leave that area and don't go back untill you hunting pressure is clearned and find them again
