Lol so real. I never understood people's fascination of LA. Grew up in So cal, know OC, SD, and IE well, but i avoid LA like the plague. Remember having to go to walk of fame for something once and the Oscars was happening later that day or day after. They literally had these big propped up tapistries to keep the tweekers and the pee streets out of frame of the red carpet. Looking for a place in pasadena area for me and my partner and its so rough. Even in the off season as you mentioned! Thanks for sharing.

@@CrystalChavisOne piece of advise- get on the waiting list for section 8 when it opens- even if you don’t think you’d qualify for it. You never know when it will come in the clutch! 😊
The smell is pee is really how you know you KNOW the real LA. I used to live in Connecticut then moved to New York and then LA. Downtown is to similar to the subways of New York so NO THANK YOU. I’ve always been in the valley , Woodland Hills/porter ranch area .

That one was nice, but for 3600 the view should be nice, not of a storage place. I'm looking at spending like $2500 I need to be safe, so no ground floor for me.
