Funky I did the same thing I was granted a certain amount and when he got a much much better job I did not take him back because whatever those kids said they wanted he was there whenever they said they needed to be picked up no matter from where he was there they would call him to say they wanted donuts from Krispy Kreme and he would get up out of his bed to come over there and give them Donuts so I wasn't about to mess that up whatever I didn't have to worry about school supply school clothes Christmas or none of that even if the new pair of shoes came out they wanted them he got so I wasn't about to mess that up

What Funky said about the kids and their parents is so true. We do not live in an era where settling disputes in a mature manner exists. Parents come to the school with all their ghetto azz, uncouth, bonnet wearing, ratchet immaturity and it’s downright disgusting. What a shame. Kids don’t seem to stand a chance. I hate bullies and I don’t care what age they are. I don’t blame this mother.
Right, I work with one. The school calls her every other day and she goes to the school and act out. It's never her children, it's the other children or even the teachers picking on her children.

I taught my son how to write in cursive and write checks in elementary school! Can't wait on the system to teach our kids. Just sad because they have cut so much from education and some of the most important stuff was axed.
I taught my son also how to sign his name in cursive. He appreciates it now. He had classmates, who couldn’t sign their paperwork.
It’s not the entire school system unfortunately. It’s only urban schools. I used to manage a driving school and all the kids knew how to write in cursive except the Black kids. Same age, same grades, different schools. Smh it was so sad to watch. As parents, we have to keep our eyes open for so many things. 🙏🏽

Years ago I had my son in private school and kept complaining to the school my son was being bullied, the school literally did nothing. So i waited untill school dismissal and took the child aside and told him to 🗣🗣LEAVE MY SON ALONE‼‼He listened and his parents and I finally spok, we spoke and then they became best friends. The End 😀
I just removed my daughter from a private school because she was the only Black girl in her class and it was tough. She’s homeschooled now because I can’t go to jail🤷🏾♀️
This child support issue is interesting coming from 2 men. She is talking in comparison to how much she spends and I’m sure it’s more than $4000 a month. Q thinks he’s funny but he’s not. Obviously I like Q when he makes sense but he doesn’t make sense a lot of the time.
It kills me that all of these schools pretend they have 0 tolerance for bullying , which is not true. They do absolutely nothing when it is brought to their attention. Kids have committed suicide due to bullying. It is serious and can be emotionally damaging to kids through their adult life. It's sad that parents have to take matters into their own hands.

Q, I'm with you on the Child Support Issue, At my divorce proceedings, the judge said $150.00 per MONTH to my husband. At that time my child was 3yrs old. NOT ONCE did I ever go back into the court to ask for an increase, Even in College, and we C0-Parented very well together with things like Christmas, Summer Clothes etc, we did 1/2 on everything else. 150.00 was it!!! In college the 150.00 was her monthly allowance.
So bc you got the short end of the stick, another woman should as well I suppose. $150 to you is $4000 to Erica. Let’s put things in perspective. Your ex husband was cooperative and that’s great but know too commonly that’s not the case.

Gone Claudia, that's why we absolutely love u guys and this show, teach us Listener's knowledgeable about how we are all human and all able if we apply ourselves,. Regroup however many times u have too...teach it girl

I love the chemistry of this host panel. I appreciate Claudia being transparent about her past financial setbacks. I also appreciate her cleaning up her response on the sorority. I was thinking the Divine 9 was going to tear her up.

Al Reynolds-THANK YOU SO MUCH for acknowledging my Wonderful Sorority Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated!!!!! It is Happy Centennial for us!!!!! On this Saturday, Nov. 12th, we celebrated 100 years as a sorority and sisterhood!!!!! We were founded on Nov. 12th, 1922 by seven adult African-American women educators, most of whom had their college degrees and several of who had their Master degrees, which was a Very Big deal for black women to accomplish in 1922! Finally, our founders had the bravery, strength and boldness to establish our sorority in the midst of an extremely high Ku Klux Klan area in Indianapolis, Indiana at Butler University. I admire our sorority's history which is wonderfully unique! Most importantly, I thoroughly enjoy and am proud to be a 30 year member of the Beautiful Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated where we wear rhoyal blue and gold and our motto is "Greater Service, Greater Progress" Eeeeeeeee-yip!!!!!

I must say I was extremely disappointed in the remarks Claudia and Funky made regarding our organization. You don't know us but you know Brownstone are members? You are ignorant to Greek life because you didn't pledge but easily named other D9 members?!? Come on guys the shad is not necessary, we've been around for 100 years and are in position to be around for 100 more. I will get off this soapbox because you probably won't read this anyway. You could have simply said Congratulations and kept it moving.

Exactly!!!!! U don't have to live so lavish to live comfortable. Kim smhh it's not worth it. I'm with the momma on this one. And I know ppl downplay al but u have to remember al was a professor for a while. That man is veryyyy smart and tuned.
