I mentioned it before, but I went to shoe demos and tried countless shoes before finding the perfect one. I always recommend that or, like you said, having a professional fitting at a running store and finding a good fit. Finding great running shoes can be like dating. I've had to do my fair share before finding "the one."
I went to fleet Feet and I found out, I was using the incorrect size for the majority of my life. I should have been using a half size up as one foot was longer than the other. I noticed my pinky toe started to turn black before I decided to go to Fleet Feet. Now my toe is going back to normal color
@@coreycoull Im using the Saucony Tempus. At Fleet Feet, the said I had a slight pronation. They recommended these shoes, since they have some stability features. Take Care

💯 - I didn’t take running shoes seriously until 2020 so I’m right there with ya. What are your daily trainers now? -Corey
